Store layout is good. Product placement is good. Customer service is good. No clutter. Isles are well kept. Friendly employees.

I bought my beautiful sectional there. Employees are friendly and very knowledgeable about my purchase. I will be buying more furniture from them.

I brought my family here for school supplies. I've always loved Big Lots. Their prices are very reasonable and you can get most things at this place. I'm talking everything Fromm food to name brand furniture. Plus they have a great rewards program where you can get twenty percent or more for your entire purchase. This place is also cool for finding things you won't find anywhere else because they'll sell things that only come in once. If you haven't visited a Big Lots before, I strongly advise you check it out. Especially iff you're the type of person who loves to go to thrift stores or garage sales. You can find cool stuff here as well, but it will be new. Check it out.

Getting busy this close to Christmas. Still a good supply of products. Staff always friendly.

I really like this store. They have quality merchandise, good selection, the store is always clean and rarely is it too crowded. I always find something neat there; these were my latest finds!

Was looking for pools and by far the best and the best for price we were looking for a 10*30 pool for our family we found some 175$+ and then I realized that I had gotten a pool from big lots before and found the one I was looking for for 89$ so with taxes and two pool filters and a warranty it came out to 108.98$ we love this pool thanks Big lots !!!!!!

Clean & easy to find stuff despite them putting in new stock. Always something interesting to find. A bit close on some places for those of us in a wheelchair but got in & out ok all the same. Bathroom was well-lit, well-stocked & relatively clean. Nice hot water & paper towels too. Thanks for another good visit!

It’s a pretty small store but mostly has what I’m looking for. It does feel a bit crowded at times though. Overall a good store with awesome deals

Sales manager Brandon gave phenomenal customer service yesterday! I have been searching high and low for a specific patio set that was sold out online and he went out of his way to check and call other locations to see if they had the item in stock before I drove over there since the Cleburne location didn't have it. He even went out of his way to get in contact with one of the managers that wasn't available at the time I went to one of the stores. Other stores seemed to brush me off when I'd call but Brandon was incredibly kind and helpful!! I wish more places offered customer service like his! Very pleasant experience and I am very thankful!

I love shopping at Big Lots all year long - they always have the best stuff, some of it hard to find at other places or just plain unique…. But shopping for Halloween and Thanksgiving and Christmas at Big Lots is just the best. Decor, gifts, whatever- I love what they have to offer this time of year!

BIG LOTS - BIG SELECTIONS OF EVERY KIND - GREAT VALUES - HEALTHY LINES OF FOODS - AMAZINGLY GREAT FURNITURE & OUTSIDE PATIO PRODUCTS - IF YOU HAVEN'T BEEN IN AWHILE - GO & SEE THE CHANGES - NOT DOLLAR STORE ATMOSPHERE ANY MORE - FIND SOMETHING YOU NEED OR WANT ON EVERY SECTION OF THE STORE PLUS NICE RESTROOMS. I SPENT 3 PLUS hrs. & walked out feeling great about the $800 I spent taking care of all our Spring & basic needs. I saved $450 ! I met one manager named Billy who was very pleasant and helpful. Two days later I went back, spent another $550 for my new Perfect Bed and more food. I do not plan on going back to Walmart unless absolutely no other choice and will begin my special grocery shopping & gift ideas at Big Lots as long as they keep on the track they are on! Thank you Big Lots for all the tremendous changes you have made! Wow! ***** Five Stars is really not enough!

Always like coming to Big lots, this trip I got some thing for my cat, the prices are always great, and I'm never disappointed in my experience. It was a clean well organized story, and plenty of staff available if you have questions. This was my first time to the Big lots in Cleburne, and won't be my last.

Everyone here is super friendly and they have a ton of items to select from. It is much larger than the ones where I'm from. It was an overall pleasant experience and I'm sure we'll be back.

Love BIG LOTS!!! They have great stuff and reasonable prices. Anything you need or want you can probably find there with the exception of computers. Selection is excellent. Go see.

It is really hard to beat the friendly, helpful people at Big Lots in Cleburne! We have purchased everything from sundries to furniture and each time has been a pleasant experience. Prices are very competitive and the quality is good.

Big Lots is one of my favorite stores. With discount shopping and has food home decor with so much-needed items. And they have the best Holiday items that are fun and unique than other stores. It's a must see place.

Love coming in this location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Can almost always find what's on the add. Also cleaner than most big lots I have been to. Love the ladies and gentlemen who work here they are one of the many reasons I keep going back.

Good clean store. Don't have everything I need.They have Alot of things I use at good prices..

It's a great place to get all the domestics you need to live a decent life. The prices are very competitive, but the selection is nowhere near as fun as it used to be. The furniture deals however, are extremely competitive for name brand furniture if you can arrange your own pickup and delivery.
