Best Western Plus Renton Inn

The staff was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The breakfast attendant was patient although it was very busy. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the view from our window was really pretty! We enjoyed our stay here and we would definitely stay here again!

For us, this was the perfect hotel. We were visiting for a wedding, and this location was equal distance from the bridal shower, the ceremony, and other places we wanted to visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We unfortunately left a charger cord for a laptop in our room when we checked out. When we discovered our error, we called the front desk to see if it had been found and turned in. We were pleased to receive a return call confirming that it was and means to return it are underway. I'm very grateful.

Our room was good and comfortable. We had some issues because our door did not close properly. We easily got a new room and had a pleasant stay with good breakfast. Really good but in the area were not so many options to have a fast dinner.

We’ve stayed at a number of reasonably priced hotels on our trip. This one was cleaner, looked newer, had a better breakfast than most others. I’d come back.

The hotel was very nice looking and the room was very nice.

The bed and pillows were typical and seemed new. (I know they looked new, because I always check hotels for bed bugs so I purposely looked at the ‘naked’ mattress and pillows).

The blackout shade works SO WELL.
And the breakfast was really good and had a very nice variety.

The only con is that the walls all around are pretty thin. I could hear normal movements in the hallways, another rooms alarm clock, cars outside, and another person in a room getting ready. None of these occurrences were overly loud, just normal things but you could hear them.

Overall, the price wasn’t bad and the front desk was very friendly.

I got my mother a hotel room here. She said it was amazing and everyone was very nice to her the entire time. I would like to thank the entire staff for their hard work. Each and everyone of them went out of their way to help us.

We were visiting Seattle from the East Coast and stayed at the Best Western Plus Renton Inn for 5 days. The room was clean and large, and the complimentary breakfast was standard but good. Daniel and his team were fantastic. They were very approachable and helped us through several last-minute issues that came up during our trip. Would definitely stay here again!

The Best Western hotel in Renton is an exceptional location for quality and service. The hotel is well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. Daniel and Warren, in particular, provided outstanding service during my stay. They were friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. Easy access to all major visiting spots

Very nice and cozy hotel. I came here at the tail end of my vacation to Seattle. The room is very very spacious. It was also very clean and the staff was friendly. I didn't actually eat breakfast. Wifi worked great. There was a small issue with charges on my reservation due to mistakes by new employees, but they resolved it quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here. Plenty of things to do within a 15-20 minute drive. Airport was less than 15 minutes from the hotel which was very convenient as well.

I just went to use the restroom I came of the free way off 167 and maple valley hwy exit because sharis restaurant is closed so I went to this other place behind there entrance is awesome and cleaned restroom I got a free coffee latte while I was coming out there lounge is fabulous.

Can’t say enough good about the management at this location!
I booked online and when we arrived and got our room keys my wife figured out there wasn't a hot tub or pool at this location.
They canceled our reservation and gave us a full refund so we could book at a different best western location that had that. If you don’t need a pool, this is the one to stay at!

The way to get here may be a little bit confusing the first time around as you have go drive past an old diner, but everything inside this hotel is amazing! The front desk lady was increadibly kind and helpful! Will 100% be coming back here to stay again!

I always stay at Best Western when traveling. This time I was staying for 2 weeks with my daughter from Tennessee. She came up to care for me, as I was having total knee replacement. Daniel the manager was very helpful. All of the front desk and breakfast buffet staff were kind and friendly very helpful. I want larger room with wet bar asking for suite, did not get that tho told it was. I preferred room in back away from freeway and view of greenery. No road noise at all. Yes could hear neighbors a little but was fine. The buffet was nice oatmeal for me. The hotel accomadated me with a shower chair. I could not have asked for a nicer group and assist after surgery. Bathroom was very small for king size room. Thanks to all the staff.

Quiet, very nice rooms. Eating, shopping, all close range. Definitely recommend.

I came to this hotel during a tough transition in my life while I waited for my new apartment to become available. I was mentally exhausted and very much in my own head while simultaneously dealing with work calls and e-mails on a day in day out basis. The staff was so helpful and friendly during my stay especially the front desk. I interacted with both the morning and night shift staff with each interaction being as pleasant as the last. I’m a big believer in my own life on treating people with respect and genuine intentions because you never know what someone is going through even behind a smile. I think the staff at this specific hotel really embodies that mentality intentionally or unintentionally and I genuinely appreciated that aspect of my stay. In regards to the hotel it’s self, it’s very well kept and clean throughout the building while always smelling nice. The lobby area has a nice zone where you can sit and relax in case your up early or late. They also have a water park and pool across the street no more then 500ft away which is a big + for families. 5/5 stars . Thank you

Love the customer service by Angela got me in to my room in no time. Room was spotless hands down 5 stars all the way, can’t go wrong. Need a place to nap and shower this location got you covered.

We had another amazing stay. Angie greeted us in with a warm smile and check us in expeditionly. The customer service was outtanding. Rooms were clean and the breafeadt is awesome. We look forward to my next stay here!

The location is ideal right next to a freeway. Unfortunately, the restaurant next door is closed and looks abandoned, but there are plenty places to eat within 5-10 minutes away. The premises are clean and modern. Those at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. The morning breakfasts are good and Zdenka keeps it very clean and organized.

Was a wonderful and clean reprieve when I needed it the most this holiday season. The room had what I needed for my stay: a comfy bed with lots of pillows, sizable office desk space, and a reading chair with a footstool and end table. The front desk was very friendly and efficient. The location is quick driving access from and to I-405, and a few convenient stores are within walking distance.
The car was parked under security cameras and wasn't messed with, and I felt safe the entire time I was on the premises. If I need another "local Seattle" place to crash, I'm coming back.
(Bummed I didn't get a picture of how perfect the reading chair arrangement was.)

Stayed 5 nights and we will return. Rooms have been updated and have lots of storage space. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and management is truly impressive. Location is excellent and safe. Highly recommend.
