Moody Bank

Marianne is the BOMB!!!!!! Real Customer Service that she offers. She let me work at my own pace when going through the loan process and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision I would regret. I'm so glad I was referred to Marianne because the other Banks I worked with were either too pushy desperate for a sale or as another Bank never could answer my questions. Marianne helped me by offering clarity and giving me advise when I wasn't sure about something. I have not had this type of service when working with a large purchase as a home loan and I can say I picked the right Bank and NO buyers remorse experience. Thank you Marianne! Also the other Bank employees that would answer the phone or email me. I don't remember names after calling them so much- you think I would- Well they offered the same Bomb customer service even when Marianne was not available. You got to meet the staff and let them help you with your banking needs. You will be glad you did.

Wonderful experience. Marianne Rush was excellent, really the best banker I have ever worked with. Helped me and my wife with PPP nonstop until it was handled. It convinced me that moving from Chase to Moody was the right move. Very grateful

The customer service is outstanding at Moody Bank in New Braunfels. I'm greeted by my first name when I enter. The staff is courteous and sweet rather I deposit $20 or $220.

The nicest people and I get that hometown bank Courtesy. I would highly recommend anyone to bank their business or personal.
