I recently visited Christian Brothers for my annual vehicle inspection, and I had an exceptional experience.

While I was there, a gentleman who didn't speak English needed assistance with translation, and I helped the customer to communicate with the Christian's Brother rep.

After completing my state inspection, I went to pay and was pleasantly surprised to learn that they did it on the house—no charge at all to me.

In a time when it seems like every business is trying to squeeze every last penny out of customers, this kind gesture was truly refreshing. I highly appreciate their the gesture and recommend Christian Brothers not only for their excellent service but also for their genuine human touch they offer. Thank you guys!

They were excellent!!! Very costly repairs but worked to get me good prices on parts. Can't really give a break on labor, they got to make a living so understandable. The Marine working on my car did a lot of little things that said he was looking out for his brother. I'll come back here for anything for my car. My Harley is another matter. Semper Fi!

It’s always good when you can post a positive review in this place definitely deserves six stars. They have been taking care of my vehicles for quite some time now they are honest, reliable, and efficient.

The customer service here is excellent. Very polite and informative. They go above and beyond with the maintenance checklist/inspection and get the job done right. I came here for wheel alignment and was very satisfied with the result. I’ll definitely come back again if ever I need help with car problems or general maintenance. I highly recommend this place!! 100% You will not regret it!

I've had the opportunities to our vehicles to this Christian Brothers location. The first time with a 2018 Honda CRV. It was running rough. They took a look at it...pulled up potential recalls and recommended taking it to a Honda dealer to check on the recalls which they printed out for us. They could have done the repairs but instead didn't. No charge. This saved us a lot of money by not doing any repairs and traded it in for what we originally paid for it new. Just took my truck in for wheel alignment. One word: Honest! Highly recommend Christian Brothers!

I would definitely recommend Christian Brothers Katy Firethorn. I had a major issue with my Audi, and I wasn’t able to drive it. Luckily I’ve been a customer of Christian Brothers and trusted they would be able to work on my Audi and provide great service and quality repair. If you are looking for quality service, quick turnaround and a fair price, look no further.

Their service is exceptional! All the staff members are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and their efficiency is top-notch. I completed the inspection in less than 20 minutes! This has been the best experience I've had at an auto repair shop, and I'll continue to choose them for my car maintenance and repairs in the future.

Service writer, George were great, he dealt with my warranty company to replace some gaskets that were leaking fluid and found that the timing chain were stretched. A rep from the warranty company came out to check out the timing chain and gave it the go ahead to replace it also. The mechanic did a great job but the only issue were the grease and oil on my both front fenders and front hood area. Maybe should have cleaned off the grease marks after doing the repairs? Under promise/over deliver?
All in all they did good!!!

Went for oil change & definitely going back! I appreciate the courtesy of the front desk workers, cleanliness/comfort of waiting room & most importantly the very detailed report of the inspection they did which even provided pictures of the issues that needed attention (brakes/tires/engine belts etc). The report also categorized the severity of the issues. It was also probably the lowest I’ve ever paid for an oil change! About 1/2 the price I have been charged at other “quick change” places. Great place all around!

The person is very professional. They will advise you if the car still under warranty. Honest, I will start going to this place compare the one that closer to my house. This CBA team is excellent. Come here!

Very honest and they do great work.
I took my vehicle there thinking there was a problem with my brakes and they said they were making noise due to some dust and dirt stuck in between the pads. They could have easily changed them and charged me for the work and I would have never known, they didn’t
Now they have a loyal customer.

They were so helpful. Colton, Rashad. We had our wheels stolen and needed to get our car checked out to ensure it’s safe to drive. Greatest service I’ve ever received. The name Christian Brothers really fits for this company! I highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks

George has been my service advisor for several years now and he provides an excellent service. Explains things in detail and keeps everything going smoothly and keeps me updated. I don’t go anywhere else but Christian Brothers Firethorn.

I arrived to my appointment and was greeted pleasantly by staff. My car was checked, and the oil was changed. Rashad explained what they would for in the future and made it very understandable. I appreciate the concern shown. I will be returning to this location.

Great experience!! I schedule appointment. Everyone greeted me and accepted my vehicle on time. They offered me a courtesy shuttle back to work and when the car was ready, even offered to pick me up. They explained all work performed. Overall amazing customer service!

Christian Brothers really took care of me. They communicated thoroughly with me and gave me a run down of what was going on with my vehicle. I worked with Robert at the Katy - 1463 location and he was incredibly helpful.

The staff and owner at Christian Brothers are truly God sent. They’re amazing people who give amazing customer service. They really do make a nice difference. Aside from treating your vehicle like a part of the family they give back to the community. Every one has excellent peoples skills and greet you with beautiful smiles. The lobby is extremely clean and they always have refreshments and drinks as courtesy to their customers. They’re so respectful and honest. When you come here expect the best customer service given to you and your vehicle because that’s what you’ll receive. They’re also really affordable. As a courtesy, they also offer a shuttle service so that you may continue your day offsite while your vehicles being serviced.
