Really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and well kept. Many great restaurants within walking distance. Can't wait to come back to Seattle.

This is a hidden gem!

I looked at a LOT of hotels before booking this one. The main reason we ended up here is because they take larger dogs (under 70 pounds) and we have a 55 pound Lab. Everywhere else is 25pounds or under. But I would book this again in a heart beat, dog or no dog.

It's located in an industrial area so it's QUIET at night! Of course, we were there on weekend nights, so I can't speak to a weekday. It's close enough to convenient restaurants (there's even a Starbucks basically less than a small block away, easy to walk to), and I-5, and a dog park, and... it's just in a great spot for what we needed.

I LOVED how secure it was. We got there in the evening hours so had to be let in. You have to use your key card to even get the elevators to take you to your floor. AWESOME extra measure of precaution.

I appreciate that a full breakfast is served, not just something wimpy. It was nothing to write hope about, but also nothing to complain about either.

The coffee is out in the lobby 24/7! That was a huge help as we don't ever brew coffee in our room, because... well, ick.

FYI! Because the hotel is on the "older" side, I was excited to find a real (drip) coffee maker in our room and not one of those gross, unfortunate Keurig pod/button "coffee" makers. Didn't really matter anyway because we prefer lobby coffee! :)

We always book hotels with a pool because we have a son who loves swimming. I love to soak in a hot tub, too. The pool and hot tub could have been warmer. That was a bit of a bummer, but we still used it twice and my son was still happy.

Having a dog here is great! There is a huge grassy area one one end of the hotel. They have good lightning out there for a night time potty break and also have some poop bags just in case you've forgotten yours. BEWARE the rabbits! There are some adorable little bunnies that were out and about. If your dog is a chaser, that will be a problem.

As for a few things that could be addressed.

- The TV in our room did not work properly - very old TV, so not entirely surprised. It was glitchy and had some kind of connection issue. So, I watched a movie on my phone, though I would have preferred something on TV.

- The refrigerator/freezer made a lot of crazy sounds, but it worked well. It even was able to freeze my cool packs for my cooler. We turned on the air/fan so it was running constantly and that drowned out the sound of the fridge.

- We would have appreciated having access to the cold water in the kitchen area. There is no place to get decent cold water. When I asked the front desk attentend, she said the best place was in the workout room. I trotted down there, filled my bottle... I would barely have called it "cool" water. Not warm, but definitely not cold. If the staff aren't comfortable letting people into the kitchen area for water, it would be best to leave out a huge ice water station by the coffee - the coffee is provided 24/7, so why not cold water? (PS, the ice machine on our hall was broken and it was a chore to find where ice was available).

Overall, 10/10 and if we have to be back in the area again, we'll stay here again. Thank you for taking large dogs! There are so few places that will.

Kudos to the cleaning staff! Our room was soo clean, not even a speck of dust on easily dusty areas! They definitely deserve a Pay bump! Front desk employees were very friendly and kind, even after I walked in to check in with a screaming infant. Breakfast was what you’d expect, it was fine. Coming with three kids alone, I loved having all of the extra security measures. Having to use my card/phone three times before getting into my room at night was a huge relief because I knew an intruder would have a really hard time reaching us. Also kids liked the pool. Overall great stay and would recommend!

Rooms are outdated. The carpet was dirty my toilet seat was loose. The pictures on the wall were bigger than my tv screen. The headboard on my bed was disgusting with smears and smudges. The indoor pool was not heated.

Nice comfortable bed and bedding. A.c. works well. Nice selection of food for the hot breakfast in the a.m. Loved the desk for working. Room was quiet. You will need your key here to use the elevator as it won't operate without it. Staff was extremely helpful, warm, and inviting.

Needed a place for us and grandkids near their home while parent was recovering from surgery. Staff recognized us on day 2, friendly and welcoming. We had two minor issues that they graciously resolved. I appreciated that they did not make me feel like a whiner for either. They really took our comfort to heart.

No dining room except breakfast. Across the street are 5 places for fast food, Starbucks and then a half block away there is a Wendy's. Not my typical meal style but worked well for 3 kids and us.

Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was good and the pool was nice too. The staff have been wonderful, working to help us with an early check in and getting us see up in our room. Location is a bit industrial but would gladly stay again!

I had a single King room and it was perfect. Great staff, all of them have been very friendly, I specifically had a conversation with Cameron when I got in and he was a fantastic person to talk to about the area since I was learning about it to move here. Kent is definitely a great area, still smaller city but a safe place to visit with quick walks to great food choices nearby.

Currently with COVID precautions, they don't have the pool area open, and they have reduced cleaning services, as they are offered specifically when you think you're ready for it to avoid unnecessary visits and reduce interaction, I personally appreciate taking these safety precautions into consideration for these times!

Excellent customer service and rooms are very clean. Everything feels modern and welcoming, with all of the amenities you would expect. The complimentary breakfast has a lot of options like make-your-own waffles, eggs (two ways), and sausage in addition to the normal continental options.

Really clean and everyone is very careful not to expose anyone. Basically touchless once we got there. Electronic key on my phone. Makes it easy to avoid any non essential contact. Breakfast was perfect, served by an employee that takes your order and then hands it to you without unnecessary contact. It was a perfect visit!

Courteous staff, clean room and good breakfast, bottomless tea and coffee for guests. My company partners with this hotel and I can see why they do it. The staff made a point to greet you everytime you get in and out of the hotel. Despite that you can see how the virus has affected the hospitality business. Nevertheless, even though I am one of the few guests in the hotel, I still get a full, quality breakfast. The staff continue to serve their guests well. Keep it up! (ps ignore the melting butter on the waffles 😂)

I stayed June 2020. It was pretty empty due to covid shutdown. Staff was really pleasant. Breakfast was packaged goods. The location is nice and quiet. I believe it would have been even without the shutdown. Really nice view of the mountain.
