Very professional staff and nice location. They were very quick to repair my iPhone. A month ago I shattered the screen on my IPhone 14 pro max. It was a Sunday so I had few options at the time and had to go with a somewhat sketchy phone repair service. After that repair, I noticed the colors on my phone were no longer as vibrant as they used to be, but the phone worked, so I was happy. After one month went by, the screen protector cracked and I had to remove it. Once I removed it, the touch-screen no longer functioned correctly, and was doing things on it's own like opening apps, and not responding to actual touches. It was like my phone had a mind of it's own. After a quick google search, and seeing all the positive reviews, I decided to bring my iPhone 14 pro max here. I was not disappointed. I was received by Nadia, who quickly assessed the situation and in roughly 45 mins, brought back my phone completely repaired and with a very nice new screen and phone protector. It was functioning perfectly and I also noticed the colors were vibrant, as they used to be. The price for everything was very reasonable. I would also like to mention that the waiting area is very nice. Hopefully, this time my phone screen will last, if not I'll update this review. Anyways, for now I highly recommend bringing your phone here for any of your repair services.

I recently had an amazing experience getting my iPhone repaired at a local cell phone repair shop in Katy, TX, and I'm thrilled to give them a well-deserved 5-star review!
From start to finish, the service I received was exceptional and exceeded my expectations and the process was smooth. And I was informed throughout the process which shows their professionalism. It is a nice clean store next to Katy High School on Highway 90 less than a mile away from Katy mills mall and interstate 10. They also have a small play area for kids inside the store for parents who bring their kids in the store to keep them busy in that area which I think is very thoughtful. I checked my device thoroughly before leaving and they gave me a 90 day manufacturing warranty on my iPhone 14 pro max screen. Everything seems to be working perfectly fine and love the protection pro screen protector it’s smooth and the touch isn’t at all effected by the protector. Nadia was the best to work with! So kind, knowledgeable, and great to talk too. The service was awesome, she knows her stuff, and my phone was fixed in 24 hours. She gave me a run down of possibilities that were wrong and walked me through things I didn’t know. I will be returning if/when other issues arise!

Rose was able to repair/ replace my iPad pro cracked screen and was fast, efficient and courteous and in my budget above all. She also set me up with a new screen protector along with an upgraded iPad case from what I had, all without being pushy about the extras. I also ended up buying a new fast charger because mine was messed up from the wear and tear.
She also presented me with all my options with the quote before they began the repair. I would highly recommend this place based on the quality of the work and customer service. They also have prepaid T-Mobile plans as low as $10 which is very affordable for which ill be coming back to them to get a new line for my sons.

Nadia was very knowledgeable about what was going on with my gkid tablet, she took the time to show and tell me what was wrong, I just met her thru Google maps, and I am a very satisfied customer and happy she answered the phone. I traveled 1 and half hour to her location and it was worth the trip

I don’t usually do reviews but I think Nadia deserved it for the top tier customer service she provided me. She was honest in the outlook of my phone and was able to get my phone running in a few hours after the water damage it went through. She is passionate on what she does and is so knowledgeable and explains everything well. She changed my screen, cleaned my phone and replaced my charging port for a reasonable price. She always asks first on what you want to do before she does it so she knows you are okay with the extra expense. Overall very happy with her work and will definitely recommend her to anyone!

My s23 ultra was in horrible shape. Half of my screen was blacked out and the other half was shattered. Nadia had my phone in perfect condition in less than 2 hours. And it was the best price I could find. Great repair, great service!

My phone would not turn on whatsoever & I got there about 30 min before closing but Nadia was extremely helpful & very hands on with my phone. She was quick & gave me tips on my phone, since I am far from being tech savvy. Will DEFINITELY be my go-to spot next time I have an issue with my phone. This was by far best customer service, I have been to plenty of phone repair stores. I have never received great customer service I got to experience here.
