My kids loved the whole experience. Khaira made my girls feel at home and was answering every question my 3yr old was throwing at her. So patient and loving. Apologies again cos they nearly talked her ears off☺. Thank you for being amazing. The spa was clean and beautiful. The boss even related to every customer which was amazing. I also see the way they relate with her which shows a healthy and safe working environment. Thank you 😊 We will be back soon.

My son got his first ear piercing here at sweet and sassy and had a awesome experience! He was very nervous but the owner and staff ensured he was at ease and comfortable! My son got both ears pierced at the same time with no difficulties and earrings placed evenly. They gave my son clear easy instructions to care for the piercing and developed no infections. I would highly recommend sweet and sassy for all your ear piercing and so much more! Hope this helps!

My daughter came for her 5th birthday yesterday and received the “Diva For A Day” package. All of the ladies were so sweet and kind. Special thanks to Lola who helped my daughter feel so special on her day. Will definitely be visiting again!

Our daughter's 8th Spa birthday party with her friends at Sweet and Sassy was fantastic! This cute venue is perfect for girls in this age group. The entire staff was friendly and kind, especially Esther, who provided exceptional service from the moment we booked the party until the end. Kat, who assisted us, always had a smile on her face and was ready to help with anything we needed. We highly recommend this place!

We love Sweet & Sassy! We have been coming every year since the location opened! From regular spa day for my daughter's birthday to an actual birthday party last year. It's fairly priced in my opinion. They also offer hair services, ear piercings, camps, and hair braiding classes at well. The staff have all been very kind every time we have gone.

My daughter had a wonderful experience at Sweet and Sassy getting her ears pierced. It was quick and they made her feel like a princess. They even made her older sister part of the pampering.
The ladies helping us were friendly and made the process a true experience! Highly recommend!! We will be back to do a spa experience next. Thank you ladies at Sweet and Sassy for making a great experience for my girls!

It’s the BEST place for little girls. The staff is so friendly and nice. They take suck good care of the girls and make sure the kids have a blast. Went there for a birthday party where they had dress up, nails, hairstyles, makeup and more!!! Definitely going back for my kid’s birthday to celebrate there.

It was my daughter’s first haircut. Leilani was so wonderful with her. She was so patient and kind. We will definitely be back!

They are always excellent and so friendly! Cory and Jules helped me and they are perfect. They distracted me so I didn’t even realize they were done with two sets of piercings! This is my therapy rd time to use them and they stand behind their work. I would highly recommend them!

Update: My daughter decided to cut her own hair last Friday at school. I went as a walk-in on a VERY busy Saturday (5th anniversary day) and Kira was able to fit us into her schedule. My daughter is so comfortable with her. I am beyond grateful that she was able to work miracles and fix the hack job that my daughter did. :) I also got to meet the owner, who is SO kind and gave my daughter a free makeup session before we left. Making every little girl feel beautiful and special is what they do there.

I booked a haircut for my 4 year old daughter here and she had such a great time! My husband wanted to take her so I haven't actually been in the salon yet, but I will definitely be bringing my daughter back for more pampering :) Her hair looked so cute and she had a little braid, glitter, and a little star painted on her face. She was so happy and said she was a princess like Elsa. Thank you so much for making it a great experience for our little girl. :)

They were so sweet with my daughter. Thank you Lola for your patience. Sofia was so good with her hair and braiding skills were amazing. Definitely coming back again and not my first time coming. Always nice and give great service every time!

My 7YO was so excited to get her ears pierced. She got a little nervous once we arrived though, and the staff helped her get comfortable quickly and everything went great! However, her nerves made her faint and feel sick after and all of the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. So happy we went there!

Brought my daughter to get her ears pierced and had an excellent experience. The staff were so sweet and friendly and made both my daughters feel like princesses! Not one single tear from my girl! They both got a manicure after and had a blast. Thank you to the staff for being so sweet and making the experience A+!

My 7 yr old daughter chose the Swiftie party and it was SO cute!! Miss Joyce and Miss Kylie did a great job on the girls’ hair, makeup and nails and kept them entertained and were so sweet and patient with them. Every girl had so much fun! I would definitely book your party here

This was an awesome experience. The owner/ operator greets us every visit. Kira is amazing. She has the most patience and gentle spirit. We are regular customers. The entire staff has wonderful customer service. It’s a joy to enter and watch our little girl walk out looking Sweet and Sassy!!!!!

I went there with my 4 month old daughter, with fear because I didn’t know how it would go. I was happily surprised and amazed and relieved by the kindness and professionalism of the ladies there! It was awesome! My girl didn’t cry much and now she has her 2 ears with beautiful earrings!

My daughters love getting their hair cut here! This weekend we saw Kira for all 3 of my girls and she was wonderful! One of my kiddos had extremely tangled hair, and she was able to get all the tangles out gently.

The woman who cut my daughter’s hair had so much patience. My daughter kept moving and the woman never got upset. She kept my daughter happy and engaged. I don’t think she will ever want to take her braids down!

Ms. Jazzy did an amazing job styling my 3 year old daughter's hair! This was my daughter's first time getting her hair done at a salon, and I'm so happy we chose Sweet and Sassy for this experience. My daughter has textured, curly hair, and she got a wash, blowdry, and braids and she didn't cry at all. She actually enjoyed the experience! I'm so grateful for Ms. Jazzy's attention and care with my daughter, she braided her hair beautifully and exactly as I requested, and we will be returning.
