One of the best Lowe's stores I've ever been to! Has probably the best collection of employees of any store I've been to. Most particularly the pro Department is absolutely Stellar at this location! Robert, Gary, Amanda and Abel are the best of the best!

I tried for over a week to order custom blinds for my barbershop. I went in and a very knowledgeable young lady helped me, she was able to answer all my questions and said she saved everything on the computer so I could just use my phone number to order once I went home and did proper measurements. Well that was the last time for over a week that was a pleasant experience. We had alot of bad weather hit and no one showed up in the blind department due to ice on the roads. I tried to get online and order but for some reason it wouldn't work. I called the store and asked if anyone could help me because Gabriella had already done the hard part and saved everything. Of course no one could find what she had saved so I was sent away for another day. These blinds were a 3 week minimum wait time so I just wanted to get them ordered so at least they were getting worked on. The ice finally went away and I was going to drive up there after working 9 hrs to get them ordered and thought I had better call to make sure someone made into work before I drove 20-25 mins. That's when the precious Cheyenne answered the phone and did an AMAZING job!!! This sweet lady knew how to find my stuff the first lady saved and told me I didn't need to drive up there, she would take care of everything over the phone!! I was thrilled that after a week of calling and going in I finally got ahold of apparently 1 of the 2 ladies that knew how to do their jobs. She made everything so easy and took my payment over the phone and honored the sale price the store had that I had missed by a few hours because no one could seem to help me. I just wanted to rave about Cheyenne and her co worker Gabriella for doing an outstanding job at making this so much easier! I hope this store will consider training the other employees that couldn't even seem to find my account or didn't bother to try 🤷‍♀ Thank you Cheyenne and Gabriella for making ordering custom blinds so easy! They turned out beautiful!

The manager in the flooring department at this location in Denton was the absolute best! He was extremely helpful in helping me locate flooring that I needed for rentals. He is knowledgeable and marked down some of the flooring due to it being damaged. If you are close to this area and need flooring, try this Lowe's.

Bought a stove today and Taylor assisted us. We were impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help us find the right stove for us. Thank you Taylor! You represent yourself and store well!

I spent $700 and I was just trying to get some steps in while my husband shopped. He only spent $400. I did hit 10k steps on my fitbit and walked 2 miles in that store. Paint, a rug, a vanity, a mirror, and random items later....

For those wondering, I went with the Peach paint.

Well I'm sorry, but, Lowe's is way better than Home Depot. The Grab and Go end caps are cute.

Needed a laser level and some picture hanging supplies. HD didn’t have what I wanted but Lowe’s had exactly what I needed and a better selection of laser levels.

Great experience with Taylor and Gabe in appliances as well as another associate who's name i did not get. Had a very disappointing experience with home depot and after several recent encounters trying to and actually buying a washer dryer set from them only to have some major issues right up front, i gave up with them. Just bought a very nice whirlpool set at Lowes. Liked the fact that the associates were way more interested in answering our questions, ensuring we understood processes and differences between the brands we were considering and they were from the start quick to acknowledge us and engage with us. They all seemed more knowledgeable about the products and services offered and less interested in who was going on break or catching up on the latest news with each other. That was definitely the experience at home depot these last 3 instances. I think Lowes has just become my go to place for home improvement. Liked the experience way better overall.

Ordered roofing materials online yesterday. Did their check in procedure while I waited in the customer service area. By the time I got to an associate, the items were rolled up on a cart, and I was out the door. Quick and easy

This location has the best costumer service. I really wish I had gotten his name, but it was an older Hispanic man at the paint counter that I just adore. I know I’m crazy but I really wanted a very specific green. He worked with me for a good 30 minutes right before the store closed to mix a custom color to get it perfect. Then, a younger guy, who was off his shift, helped me lift a 5 gallon paint bucket into my car. Thank you all for helping me get my late-night paint!

Took a paint sample in to be matched. Got home and it was perfect. Love that they can do that.

Easy to find all items that I was needing. Had a question and the associate was very helpful.

Excellent staff at this location. You can almost always locate an associate fairly quickly and they will be happy to help.

It's Lowes, they are fairly consistent from location to location. Not that I prefer them to Home Depot but this store is clean as can be for a store of its kind.

A big shout-out to the crew at the Denton Lowes. Paint Dept- Sarah and Dominique, lightning, kitchen guy that also helped us out, and the young lady in the lawnmower section, and Randy...all the way to the cashier. We had to make several trips into the store and these crew members over the last couple of weeks have been AMAZING! GREAT customer service and everyone working hard to make this store great. I appreciate y'all so much and I hope everyone from corporate to the newest hired sees this! I wish I knew everyone's names but overall, the store is great. Thank y'all.

I went to buy a fridge, washer, and a dryer today and I never would have imagined it’d go so smoothly! Lowes had the best sales, I was able to go under my budget and get better appliances than I’d planned to get! While that was awesome on its own, we experienced great customer service! Josh F. AKA Smiley was by far the best employee I’ve ever been helped by in any store! He has such a welcoming demeanor, he helped me choose appliances that fit my needs and we’re the style I was looking for, he even worked out the different deals so that we would get the best prices while upgrading our washer and dryer too!
I have never felt so cared about while shopping, he went above and beyond.
Next time I go to Lowe’s I will 1000% be asking for Smiley.

I had my water heater go out. Went to Lowe’s to get a new one. Decided to upgrade to a tankless. Met with Gary, the store manager and Brian, the assistant store manager. Brian set me up right away with installation. Had the contractor contact me minutes before I even left the store. They scheduled me the same day. Had the new water heater installed and ready to use within few hours. Very fast. Gary followed up to make sure everything went smoothly . Very impressed. Will definitely keep coming back to this store for all my home improvement needs.

I love it. GREAT place. Very helpful staff and very clean. EXCELLENT I was able to get my Deep Freezer there and it fits great in my kitchen. It's not the huge one. It's GREAT and it was a GREAT price. I bought it a few months back and I love it!!!! The Deep Freezers were like hard to get at one time. So I am super happy about my purchase. I love Lowes!!!

Anthony was so helpful helping my dad and I pick out a dishwasher for the house! Lots of friendly associates, I lost the small notebook I wrote my list on and they checked for me!! Didn't find it but no big deal I hope one of the employees who was so helpful can have it instead. They do seem understaffed, so perhaps a raise in pay might attract more employees however the ones who are working are stellar
