Bell's WAY exceeded our expectations just for the fact of being used cars. We had no idea just how great these cars would be!! TWICE our sons bought cars here, and they're still running great!! Have not had a single problem the whole time - it's been approximately 3 years for one son and a year and a half or so for the other.

If you need a quick, solid, reliable, cash car then this is the place to go. I went in not expecting much but once I got there I was blown away by their wide selection of affordable cars. I got to test drive like 5 different cars and ultimately decided on a car that was nearly in perfect condition and way below my budget. Possibly the best vehicle purchase I have ever made. It was a super quick process and Patty was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back whenever I am in need of another vehicle.

This was my first time buying my own car, it's a very new experience, and I was very nervous. I've been to 3 other dealerships that made it a very uncomfortable experience, so I started looking on social media and I found Bells Auto sales, I was really nervous, but these professional lady's gave me an AMAZING experience. They were very kind, honest, helpful, they spoke to be as a person and not a salesman. I'd recommend them to everyone and especially for 1st time buyers.

Bells Auto Sales is a great spot to get an affordable vehicle in good condition. They are a small family business and are very friendly and deliver fantastic customer service. I was especially appreciative of the open line of communication that was available pretty much whenever I needed.

I’m so impressed with this dealership. I didn’t get their names but the two ladies in the front office where absolutely amazing. No pressure sales and they are upfront with any car issues give you a full car fax to review before purchase. They are even bringing my car to me since I’m unable to have anyone drive me to location to pick up!!! I’m telling you if your looking for a used car try them first. Prices are good and can’t beat the service. I will update review in three months of driving my Toyota Sienna I purchase from them but so far it’s been great experience. Oh and very quick compared to going to a big car dealership!!!

Very fast, easy, convenient, no pressure at all.
We've bought 5 cars in the Austin area since moving here less than 6 years ago, and this was the easiest by far.
They had exactly what we were looking for, at a reasonable price. We drove out with our car in about an hour, including the time we drove to the bank and back.
The employees were all very professional, and didn't try to pressure us at all. A big change from our past car buying experiences.

By far the best experience I've ever had on a car lot. Prices are competitive, sales staff are NOT pushy in any way. Happy with our purchase, and I will be checking here first the next time I need an inexpensive used car.

The cars that we test drove all had passed smog and safety inspections and also had Carfax reports. I took my daughter there to purchase her first vehicle. The ladies were very helpful, professional and courteous and went out of their way to be kind to us and actually help us. Bought a 2007 Honda here. We could drive away immediately, after handling the car insurance on-site. When we noticed some noise coming from the brakes, Bell’s team went above and beyond to fix the brake and do some additional maintenance.

Great car buying experience. I scheduled a time to look at a car, when I got there, I saw 2 other that interested me. I drove all 3 chose the one that I liked the most. Spent about 20 minutes doing paperwork. In less than one hour I drove away with the car. Simple, fast, efficient, and friendly. Definitely recommend.

This may not be your average car lot, but they have great deals and awesome vehicles. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to go here and look before purchasing anywhere else. The staff is very kind and it's very understanding and helpful. I was able to buy a new van for my family and was not overwhelmed by a hefty price tag. The cars are in great shape and have excellent choices.
