Howell Services provides excellent service every time! They have taken care of my HVAC, removal of an old water softener, and installation of a new water heater. I really appreciate Brian’s professionalism and fast response. I highly recommend their services!

As usual Fabian from Howell Services was fantastic. Called at 0800, got my appointment scheduled for 0900 and Fabian was on time. Fabian always takes the time to explain everything including the options I have. He always does an outstanding job and makes sure that he didn't miss anything. I can always trust Fabian and Howell Services with my AC repair needs.

P.S. give Fabian a raise cause he was gracious enough to answer all my questions...which I had alot of.

Ram originally came out to repair our water heater and after examining it took a lot of time explaining the situation to me with my water heater and all the options. Brandi back at the office worked up a quote to replace my water heater that seemed high to me but I don't purchase water heaters every day. Weeks later I called up Brandi, who called me back immediately, and I placed the order for the water heater. She had the guys out the next day to install. Ram and Elijah were professional, courteous and the installation looks perfect. Those guys really know their stuff. The entire experience with everyone I dealt with was excellent. 5 star service worth every penny, do not hesitate to give Brandi a call.

They were so kind and respectful. Very helpful and cheerful. I can't remember the young gentleman's name now, but he was wonderful. They were super responsive when calling and easy to talk too. We had a fairly minor issue that only took 20 minutes to fix. My mind is at ease, thank you!

Howell Plumbing & HVAC is very prompt with our requests for service. Usually the same day for plumbing service. Also the service men, Ramiro & Elijah were very knowledgeable and proficient in fixing the problems. Great company to do business with.

Our a/c went out Saturday and I knew the first place to call would be Howell Services. The owners, Brandy and Brian are amazing. They brought out a portable unit so that my elderly in-laws and my pups would not have to struggle or go elsewhere until we got this resolved. JR came out the next morning (Sunday) and diagnosed the issue although I had a feeling it was time to replace it. They quickly got me an estimate Monday morning and completed the job yesterday. The a/c is now better than it has ever been. JR is very professional and knowledgable. If you need any a/c repairs or replacement the is the place to go!

Howell did a fantastic job on installing a new air-conditioning system into my retail store. They were quick to provide a quote & were considerate of my limited and pressed schedule for installation. The unit works great!

Needed to have the kitchen faucet replaced...remove builders grade faucet and replace. Pete arrived with his helper (Stephen) on time and completed the job in less than an hour. Both were professional and friendly. I am thankful that there are still skilled young men helping people who are older and cannot flex and crawl around the floor.

Howell Plumbing has become my plumber of choice.
This last job was a leak on the PVC water line coming into my house. “James” the plumber and his helper both did a great job. I have no complaints. Friendly service, good cleanup, and reasonable prices are about as good as you can get and expect.
I will continue to recommend and trust them as long as I get good service like this.

We requested A/C check up and some minor repairs we needed. Our Technician was Dante and he was amazing. Friendly, professional and explained everything in great detail. I'd highly recommend Howell-Services and if their other team members are as good as Dante WOW!!!

We had another A/C company come out and they had to come out 3 more times after the initial "FIX" and it still was freezing up. So we called Howell Services. Brandi made us an appointment and the technicians were on time. They were very professional and knowledgeable both on site and over the phone. Very Thorough and found the issue and fixed our unit.  I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Thank you guys so much. We really appreciate it!

Howell Services went above and beyond.

My mom had a busted water line and the plumber we initially started with was a no show. So I called Howell Services and told them the situation and they sent out their plumber, Lane, on Dec 2nd. And from what he saw my mom’s issues and formed a game plan to install a new line where the water well is to a different part of the property and bypass the area we no longer need connected. He’s quickly installed a temporary fix until they could come out to do what is needed. Wonderful service on our first meet.
Our second meet, they came out on time after all the rain we had and cooler temps and installed the water line in a timely fashion. Several days later we had a different issue with a toilet not getting water and they fixed the clogged in the line in a matter of minutes. The technician also inspected with my 70 year old mom to make sure all outdoor water lines were ready for the upcoming freeze. Top notch services from this company and will always be my go-to for my mom’s house needs.

I was extremely impressed with Howell Plumbing. This was the first time we have used this company. I had a Plumbing leak over the weekend and left a message. Melissa promptly returned my call first thing Monday morning. Keith came out that afternoon. He was even able to come earlier than originally scheduled which made me very happy. He was courteous, professional, prompt and thorough. He was able to do the repair in the same trip and left the site extremely clean. Great company and great guy!
