The employees have been so polite, courtiese, and very welcoming. I am a single Mom so the fact that my 5 month old baby and my dog were not extra charges was perfect! You can tell they are fixing up the place, in the first 3 days I was there they had fixed the broken elevator and put in brand new elevators!

Mike at the front desk made my corporate time here with a trucking company pleasant. He really goes out of his way to make sure we have a smile on, and all our needs are met.

I stay here on occasion for business. Rooms are being updated. It's comfortable and does its job.

The staff are understanding patient kind. The rooms are always clean. You have everything you need here. They serve you breakfast every morning every day. If you have a complaint they address it immediately. Most of their rooms have new mattresses. If you are not happy with what you're sleeping on they will do everything they can to accommodate this. My stay here was comfortable and quiet. Anything that I needed was accessible. I would definitely stay here again.

I used to drive for a trucking company that uses this location and I stayed here plenty during my time.

When I was last there, they were building a game/entertainment room in the cafeteria.

They served fresh cooked breakfast and dinner.

Rooms were clean.

Staff was friendly.

Prices were fair.

The trucking company has certain rules that this location must follow in order to keep their business. For instance: No soap, 2 people per room, room swaps etc.

The front desk was always as accommodating as they could be, I never had any issues here. And would stay here on my own dime if I'm ever in the area.

Actually, I haven't been there yet, I'm hoping to be there July 10th with Stevens Transportation. All in all, it appears to be a pleasant place to stay AND THEY GAVE A POOL!!! The exterior is a little iffy, but this place is great. Hase a very homey feeling, the people really care. Also the interior of the rooms is very nice. Feels like an ocean resort. Some of the best free wifi ive ever had at a hotel also.

This place has come a long way, in a short time, under new management. The staff is courteous and polite. They are willing to assist their clients and accommodate their stay. The on-site cafe is excellent and staffed with great people.

This is where the trucking company sends their students to stay I guess it's reasonable they look happy but it still Hood but like I said they look happy I met a student from my hometown they came through a young man trying to get his license had to make sure he knew I was there so I can say hello but like I said they look happy

Current tenant. I like it had no problems. They have did alot of enprovements. Staff if awesome great maid. Service. Trustworthy. I often leave money to see if they take. They will even orginize that. Left tablets they remained there. I like it and would recommend.

The staff were real nice and pretty professional; due to rain the pool wasn't open but it was sparkling clean and their cafe served great breakfast.

We stayed there a few years ago and the place was not ready. It wasn't terrible but wasn't all good. Now they are upgrading. Good job Luna Lodge.

Very friendly service and everything I need is on the property. I just got in today so I haven't tasted the food yet but the rooms are clean and the service workers are nice and helpful.

The place is very clean. Housekeeping always leaves rooms looking nice. Kristen is extremely nice and willing to help you if she can.

I give this place a 5-star rating because the breakfast Cook is awesome as well as the laundry staff they have so much to do taking care of that big old piece of property and all them rooms

One of the nicest places I've ever seen. The people are so friendly and helpful.

Super clean. I'm here for my company & they're pretty nice. At least I don't have to worry about smells or bugs!

It's a good decent place, staff are friendly, that have a pool and BBQ grills, free breakfast, and also sell food and personal item at a good price

The owners of the Crescent Cafe' are so warm & hospitable! I will definitely return for the Smash Burger :)
