Palms at Cinco Ranch

I have been a tenant here at Cinco Ranch for the last 3 years. The two reasons I moved here was because it was close to the high school that my kids go to and the complex has a hot tub. I really enjoy the cleanliness of the property and the residents have become a close community of friend here. The office staff is great to work with very not only knowledgeable about the property but their greatest asset is Tia, she goes above and beyond at the property. Also, the maintenance staff these two guys have been so helpful and careful around my home and the property. Needless to say I will be renewing my lease for sure.

I absolutely love the Staff at this location! Everything went so smooth. Tia made the application process easy to navigate through, and the square footage vs. the price is wonderful. I love Tia because she makes everything seem flawless not to mention she is just plain nice and is always willing to go out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable in your decision. The tour she gave me was amazing and she really knew her stuff! She sold me immediately!

I have been living at Palms of Cinco Ranch for over 3 years and I am very happy with the new management and staff. Tia has always taken care of me and she always takes action when I have required her help. I also want to extend my gratitude to the gentlemen who work hard in the maintenance of the apartments, they are excellent people, they are very respectful and helpful. Thank you very much for all your good attention!

This complex is so beautiful, and the price was very affordable compared to what's in the area. I toured with a young lady named Tia she seemed to be very knowledgeable and funny which gave me a good vibe that the office staff was gonna be better than what I experienced in the past places In lived, also Tia was very helpful when telling about the area schools and shopping experience she appeared very professional and sheik the snacks was a plus because I was starving..lol...Thank you Tia for such a great experience. I look forward to a long stay.

We have lived here going on 2 years very soon. Tia was our leasing agent back then and now she has been our asst mgr here. She always comes through for us and all of the residents. If there has been any issues, they've always been addressed. The maintenance team is also very good and helpful about getting things done in our apt. Thank you for all y'all do.

The apartments was very nice but i think the staff is where they really shine. Tia was extremely nice and thorough with the whole process, very knowledgeable about the property and the local area. She alway was very patient and polite while i asked her a million questions and understood my obsession with a good kitchen and good appliances.

on 4/17 with Mrs Tia Fuller was the only one in the office that day. There was a few other people waiting. She was nice and polite to everyone. I thought it was nice of her to stay late to make sure I had all the information that I needed to apply. I am going to apply just because of the way she handled things.

Today, I toured the Palms in search of my next home. On-site manager Tia impressed me with her extensive knowledge of the property, creating a warm and welcoming experience. She promptly and efficiently addressed all my inquiries about the move-in process, making The Palms my top choice.

I was in Palms at Cinco Ranch for 4 years and I want to give a special recognize to Mr. Roberto, maintenance staff. He is a very helpful person and ready to help the tenants with his good service.all the time. He and Mr. Martin are the best team.

My lease ends today and after living in the complex for 3 years I’m very satisfied and grateful for how welcoming the staff was, the environment, the other residents and the effort these apartments are presented for the public! I will forever be thankful with Tia Fuller for helping me throughout my moving process, her patience and professionalism made everything else easier.

I visited an apartment complex adjacent to the Palms that had a terrible reception. Went next to the Palms @Cinco Ranch. Antoine was knowledgeable, patient, courteous and I rented a unit on the spot. Thank you Antoine.

I’ve lived here for here for 4 years and want to give a shout out to the maintenance supervisor Roberto. He does an awesome job keeping the property running, always friendly, takes care of service requests quickly and goes above and beyond for residents.

Beautiful community and best maintenance team. Roberto is the best maintenance person always very helpful, friendly, goes above to ensure everything is fixed and always has a smile on his face.

Me and family are living at this property for almost 1 and half year the staff here is amazing very help full.Tia the manager she is very help full any time.The property is awesome.The maintenance staffs are so good and humble and always there to help specially Roberta Espinosa.

The best of this complex is Mr. Roberto, he is amaizing. He is always willing to help, his work is impeccable and to be honest it is the only thing that works about that place!

Great property and staff. Tia has been a great help when ever I need it and a steady presence in the office.
