Very nice guard I delivered 5 hours early got into door right away. It is tight for docking I've been to much worse. If I can do it anyone can. Don't let the complainers freak you out

Brought my load in early, expecting it to be a drop but we didn’t have any trailers. They put me directly in the door instead and unloaded my trailer in 45 mins. I’m shocked especially after all the bad reviews but I’m happy. I wish other warehouses were that interested in getting us truckers in and out. Thanks Kraft you made my day 💯

Also your security guards and your shipping and receiving people were really nice and helpful.

I was really worried about this place because of previous reviews. My appointment was at 2:30 they told me to come back at 11:00. They put me in a door and unloaded me pretty quick. Thank you. Much appreciated.

I actually had a very nice experience here. Came in to deliver a full trailer, in and out in less than 2 hours. Security was a cool and polite young man and the was pretty much the same for receiving. No overnight parking though. The Pilot is the next exit down.

10am appt. Very nice lady at the guard shack. Slide back tandems before you check in. Had me pull around near docks and go to receiving. Put into a door immediately. Lots of space to back in. They require you to unhook and pull up a couple of feet. I was in and out in two hours.

DHL, first year get together. Wonderful time. Delicious food. Great people.

Well the where nice loaded quick and far as bathroom and lot mostly clean. Little trash around, if other truck learn not throw there trash out same as bathroom. It would help keep clean. Same thing at truck stops that are trash. It not just all on them it us trucker than need help keep it clean too it are home away from home

Other than the horrific pot holes in the driveway this was by far the best Kraft plant I've ever been too. Fast, friendly and explained what they wanted very clearly. We got here a little early so they asked us to come back to the office in 30 minutes. Total time in the yard was under 3 hours. For Kraft that's a miraculous speed.

Seriously, watch out in the driveway. I was actually afraid it might be a sink hole when we left.

If the Pilot is full and Cabelas is closed for the night, there's public parking on Tradewinds east of Intermodal Parkway. There's even a cul de sac to turn around in. When I parked in the afternoon it was empty, but there were 6 trucks here when I woke up. No signs prohibiting parking anywhere and the oil stains make it obvious that trucks park here often.

Drop and hook, no problems.

Well I was received by a very happy go lucky security officer and office clerk with a positive attitude..I'm not expecting to leave anytime soon but it's all good because I have some sleeping time to catch up on...just hope they get me out today...

It was a drop and hook. Check in was quick but it was sunday. Lot is paved and there is ample space to maneuver. There is a bathroom in the shipping receiving office

Big drop lot for trailers, 2 buildings, 1 side dry, other side temp controlled, 2 different phone numbers for the offices, check in easy at security, slide tandems before you get in the gate.

Arrived at 2am for Noon appointment. Was allowed over night park. I woke up and checked in and given dock door at 8am. By then there was about 10 trucks on the doors. Out and loaded by 11am.

Managed by D B Schenker, this warehousing and logistics operation is exemplary in every regard. The facilities--from the breakrooms AND restrooms to the warehousing infrastructure, proper--are all orderly, fastidiously clean, and lift operator-friendly in such a way as to lead the observer to believe that both safety and convenience were literally engineered INTO the work environment.

Every lift operator I met was courteous, friendly, and most professional in the operation of their trucks. Seriously, for me these guys breathed much needed new life into the hackneyed phrase, "team players.". Your Kraft and Heinz food products are truly in the best of hands.

And most amazing of all was an area almost twice the size of a regulation basketball court stacked two stories high and filled with NOTHING but EVERY variation of Kraft mashmellow product Known to Man.

Pick up there quite often. Load was cancelled by dispatch due to load not being ready..

March 2023 Railhead is closed for repairs gotta use gate on Tradewinds

No problems checked in 2hrs before appointment and left hour and a half after appointment.

Dry and refrigerated loads are at 1001 railhead. Frozen is at americold 200 railhead

Good stuff unloaded me about 2hr
