My window was cracked and glass doctor came to my job, replaced the window, and was in and out in 25 minutes. Their pricing was excellent as well.

I have another brand of windows that starts with a Ch in my house. They are supposed to be a lifetime warranty but they want to charge you for tons of other stuff to make up for it and then can never make it out. Glass Doctor on the other hand were wonderful from start to finish. They responded immediately and came out the next day to look at the window. They gave me a quote and replaced the window the next week. It was affordable and the work they did was top notch. I would not be afraid to recommend them to anyone.

They were very helpful is resolving the required options for my replacement windshield. The installer communicated well, was on time, did an awesome installation and was very friendly and helpful during the windshield replacement installation. Very happy with the work. The folks are very patient with older customers. My husband’s truck window fogged up and nothing would remove the film. The repair/replacement was done at our home. The tech was masked up. He tried to clean it but agreed replacement would be the best option. He completed the job perfectly. We were happy with all aspects including the price. Thank you.

Thanks Unhappy with customer service today...came from working overnight to get my car serviced. Used the address on the website as well as google, to get here and to no one is present. Called the office and a person answered, didn’t expressed any apologies for the mishap, was short with me, and didn’t even attempt to reschedule my appointment for tomorrow instead hung up. I’m spending my hard on money and to be brushed off like I did something wrong is bs!

This company went above and beyond to help ensure our window was fixed on the same day as the break in of our car happened. They were kind and responsive and we can't thank them enough!
