Kohl's

Very tidy, organized store, not as cramped as before. Great selection. Tried on lots of clothes; the attendant was very helpful. Bought a big cart of clothes. Found what I wanted. Got a great discount on President's Day. Store, stock, even the parking lot was well taken care of. Young man at checkout was very gracious to us. Time of visit - late afternoon.

The employees are pro-active. I was heading to customer service when an employee spotted me and asked if I was going there. He had something to do but put it off to help me. The store is also so tidy. I used the men’s restroom and was astonished how clean it was and it smelled good as well. I was super impressed!

loved the number of sales associates, their friendliness and knowledge of the stores layout. All were busy but willing to stop and help very quickly. Great job St Peters!

We went looking for a mens dress shirt and we were able to find what we were looking for pretty quickly. I also would like to note that I'm not sure who they have in the women's undergarment department, but it has gotten 10 times better. I went almost a year ago and became overwhelmed by the mess of bras. Seriously it looked like a bomb went off in the bra section. But last time we were there, the whole department was organized and looked amazing, much easier to shop.

We get great deals as a rewards member and service is great! Closest to home. Exchanges are easy, pickup is easy. Checkouts don’t have too long of a wait at all usually so any way you shop, it’s good. This was supposed to be for the St. Charles Rock Road store.

Everyone was very nice and very helpful when I asked them.I do think it's rare these days to get help with finding sizes and styles.I was also helped with getting discounts.

Great place to shop for the family! Between the sales, Kohl's cash & coupons, it's rare that I pay full price for anything. Employees are polite & extremely helpful.

Amazing service! Which is probably why they are just busy, but at least they get you through the line fast. The mangers seem to be willing to step in and help when they need it. It is awesome that you can do your return for Amazon there. Only negative I have: they don’t seem to have a very good selection on shoes. If I could make a suggestion, it would be if they could carry Hoka shoe brand maybe. 🤔
