I can’t begin to write enough good things about David and Richie. First off we love, love, love our car. They made the experience of buying it so easy. Not sure I have ever bought a car in my entire life that was this easy, and I have bought a lot of cars over the years. But what really sold me on them was their above and beyond customer service

We had one small mechanical issue with our new car after we got it and it was fixed immediately to my satisfaction.

Their communication has been excellent too, that have contacted us to make sure that everything is going great with the car and to make sure we are happy and having no problems.

I have dealt with big name dealerships that don’t offer anywhere near a percentage of this level of customer service. They are the nicest people and I can’t recommend them enough.

Seriously DO NOT RECOMMEND. We one got lied to and said we were "Approved" for a Zero down payment ended up having to put $500 down, okay then its been 3 months and still have not gotten a license plate and they keep telling us to go get another temporary one every month and now after 3 months the Transmission is messing up. Like seriously just BAD BUSINESS all around.

the customer experience was alright until i got to the choices of cars to choose from. I eventually got into the best car there was to choose from at the time, with my options. it wasn't until after i bought the vehicle and drove it to another shop, to have everything checked out that i was informed that there was a large amount of issues with the vehicle. including one major safety issue, that makes it unsafe to drive. this car dealership was only willing to buy me the part to fix one issue. i will never purchase another car from this place and if anyone decides to go to this place run a fine tooth comb over the vehicle that you are looking at. when i was given the option to get a different car they told me it was going to cost even more money with a higher monthly payment. i am currently pursing possible legal action.

This is the Sister shop of the one in fort worth by TCU they are shady and distrustful. They have small warrantys of their vehicles for the engine only. I had my car no more then 10 minutes and the check engine light came on. I took it back and they didn't have a opening for the mechanic shop for two months. So I kept the car and still paid for it while I waited for them to call me to bring it in. After two months I called them again and they said they need me to drop it off the next morning. When I did I was denied a loaner car and had to get my own. After paying for a rental for two weeks I went to pick up the car and they lost my car key. They found it the next day and gave me my car back with the check engine light on still. They didn't fix it they drove it 135 miles south to a small town mechanic shop to get it inspected illegally. So that once it was inspected their warranty is expired and they don't have to fix it. I reported then to the Dps here in fort worth and to Austin. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEIR CARS ARE GPS TAGGED AND THEY WILL REPO IT DAY TWO AFTER MISSING A PAYMENT. The owner is Kirk and he is the one that sold me my car and kept lieing to me I'm video he shouldn't have picked a former cop to scam.

Let's just say of I could give them a complete ZERO I would. The woman who work in the office are completely RUDE! I just got the phone with one who stated to me "I should go back to bed and try to wake up again with a better attitude and hung up the phone . They did not try to help me bascailly I have warranty but how ever Neal Auto failed to send my paper work over to the warranty company. This company should be put out of business! Do not go to the place !!!!!!!

Horrible experience, they ran my credit with different creditors . Didn’t even bother to call To update me with the status of my application I had to be the one calling . Would never recommend anyone coming to his dealership I ended up getting a brand new car at Kia and a better deal . I would suggest checking out other dealerships before coming to this one .
