Bay Leaf Bar & Grill

Conveniently situated near my apartment, my husband and I decided to have an early dinner there. Since it wasn't dinner time yet, the place wasn't too crowded. We found the ambiance quite appealing, and the staff was very helpful. We ordered Lahori fish, samosa chaat, and chicken karhai. The fish and chaat were excellent, but the karhai could have been better—it tasted more like a regular curry. For dessert, we chose the rasmalai, which was incredibly delicious. Overall, it was a great experience, and we'll definitely be returning.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bay Leaf with some friends and let me tell you, we were blown away by the food and service. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere. The staff made us feel right at home and it was clear that they take great pride in their restaurant. We ordered a variety of dishes and everything was cooked to perfection. You could really taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients used in each dish. Also, shoutout to their naan bread - it was some of the best I've ever had! I can't wait to come back and try more of their menu.

The food and ambiance were wonderful as usual. And the owner has really worked with younger servers and tried to coach them up. They’ve improved greatly and will continue to improve upon their performance!

How did I not know about this place was the first reaction when my friend took me here last week. And I have already been there twice within a week. Lovely ambience, spacious , and amazing service. The folks took care of us really well. The best is their Kebabs: both lamb and chicken were delicious. their curries (Karahi chicken and saag paneer) and naans (garlic and plain) were excellent too. loves their dolmas and the baklava. the baklava was probably one of the best I have had in a long time. Kulfi is fresh and highly recommended. Biriyani was good. Heard from friends that their sandwiches and gulab jamun are great as well. have to go back multiple times to try out the entire menu. I would highly recommend this place.

Amazing find! Hubby and I were in the neighborhood around lunch, so we decided to give Bay Leaf Bar and Grill a try.
We had Chicken 65, mutter paneer and garlic naan. Everything was fresh and flavorful. We ended up grabbing a couple of extra dishes to go.
The owners of the restaurant were very nice and hospitable. Rani is the best!
They have a private area for parties and will help set up your events.
We will definitely visit anytime we are in the neighborhood.

Omg finally a Pakistani restaurant that offers mild options AND has delicious food. They have happy hour every day and even sell mocktails!!! Their lycheetini is so so so good. I honestly loved everything on their menu. Their naans are baked fresh and included with the curries. My new favorite restaurant, honestly the best one in the area. I drive 30 mins out for them bc it's worth it 🥹

Dinned here for my first time with co-workers and had an amazing dinner. The table loved the garlic naan. The lamb dish we got was out of this world. So good. The staff was incredibly friend, food was delicious and is family-owned (love supporting small businesses). Will be back soon!

I have been to many Indian Restaurants and none come to close to Bay Leaf. Exceptional food well worth it. We ordered different food and none dissapointed us. The service was excellent. Nice atmospher and the owner himself served us home made icecream. Thank you. You have a customer for life.

Great Indian restaurant in Bothell and locally owned as well. Been waiting for a chance to go here and the wait was worth it. Got the tandoori chicken and the beef butter masala. Both were delicious. Pay this place a visit if your in the area and love good indian food.

Do you like amazing Indian food? It’s right here in the neighborhood. The Paneer is to die for. My favorite is lamb Biryani. Perfect dinner date. Who knew? Right here in Downtown Bothell!

The restaurant has a clean and modern interior. The food is very delicious and tasty. They served us very well and quickly. The food was a bit spicy, which I liked.

Came here with family to celebrate a birthday. Great food, good portions, and the women who served us were very sweet.
The menu has Indian options, like tikka masala & chaats, as well as mediterranean options, like gyros & kebabs. So it was great for us as a group that loves both!

Drooooooling just thinking about the Tikka Masala and Mango Lemonade I had the other day. I took the ferry to Edmonds and decided to charge my car in Bothell at the City Hall Parking garage. Directly across from it, is a new mixed use development. I realize people have their strong opinions about them and I am here to say that just like food trucks, I don't care what the restaurant looks like, I just care if it is good. Bay Leaf isn't just good though, it is GREAT! I am so glad I popped in for a bite. My only regret is not bringing a cooler so I could smuggle some food home. If nothing else went right that trip, their fresh, mouthwatering meal made my whole day. Thanks to whomever is making magic happen in that kitchen.

Fantastic atmosphere, food, and service! The drinks are delightful (and strong) as well. Bay Leaf is definitely our go-to for Mediterranean and Indian food from now on!

On my visit today, I noticed quite a few additions and changes to the menu, all of which I'm looking forward to trying! Historically, I'd had issues with the spice level of the food being a bit lower than I'd get elsewhere, but today it was *perfect*.

I live within walking distance, and didn't heavily prioritize coming here over other similar restaurants. After this last visit, though, I will absolutely be moving this spot up my list.

The owner is very nice and goes his way out to ensure you are served well. I enjoy their chicken and shrimp karahi. I usually do take-out and I have never faced any issues with my order. And one time they even took my order about 15 mins before closing which I felt bad not realizing they are about to close, but the owner reassured me that it is not a problem at all. This type of service is rare nowadays which I am very impressed.

We've been coming here for almost a year and the food is consistently amazing. The meat is always cooked to perfection, dishes are full of flavor and very well done. Can't recommend this place enough!

Fantastic for a large group or an intimate meal. We shared a family style meal in the private room. The food was incredible, especially the kebab. They also had an amazing carrot dessert. Highly recommend!
