NEVER USE AUTONATION!!! Took my 2022 Dodge Ram truck in on Monday at 830a. They advised it would take approximately 2 days, and the OBD port showed multiple misfires. I had not heard anything by Wednesday afternoon, and they advised it looked like it would possibly be Thursday. I assumed it would be longer than they said, so this was no shock. I had to ask twice on Thursday and found they hadn't even looked at my vehicle until that day. They sent a tech video that confirmed 2 injectors were the problem, which the tech advised was a common problem. They then proceeded to try and sell more services in the video. I asked if my truck was ready for pickup and found they only made the sales video and had not made any repairs. Then advised they didn't have the injectors in and it would be the following Monday before they had them in because they are in Dallas (note this place is in fort worth only 40 minutes away). Tjey couldnt advise why it takes so long to get parts 40 minutes away or why they dont keep known problem parta in stock. I told the service person this was unacceptable and wanted to talk with the manager. She advised he would call me this morning. I have yet to hear from the manager Mike Ulen and it's 4pm. So 2 days turned into at least 7 now. I asked to speak with the GM, but only directed to Mike. I also have all the texts to show all of this in case I am ever questioned. Also, their only response to me about the time and lack of parts was I could come and get my vehicle. The vehicle with 2 injector issues that could cause further problems if driven and that's their suggestion!

Sold me my car with NO coolant and had to do an oil change 3 weeks after purchase. Dealership service department sucks.

No matter what time during the day the parts store never answers the phones, hold time isn't even a problem if you can't even reach anybody!

I'm still here 2 and half hours with an appointment for an oil change. It's not the first time.
