Urgent Care TX - Cleburne

Tiffany Morton @ front desk was so caring and was great. Elizabeth Mora was very thorough and very on top of everything. Karen Mancilla and Mona Sims both were outstanding and very kind. I have been here around 5 times and they’re always so great.

Went in today for a fracture in my left hand and I was satisfied with the treatment I received. Elaine at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful and sweet. Ivonne the cma was very caring and sweet and the nurse practitioner Liz was awesome at helping me get my hand wrapped and also so sweet. Will definitely return when need be.

Unfortunately my daughter got sick and I needed her checked out. She happened to get sick at the same time as every other person and I was well aware all urgent cares and ERs had long waits and were super busy. Her doctor could not get her in so I gave this urgent care a call. I was even surprised they answered the phone since I was having a hard time with other places. They verified they accepted her Aetna Medicaid and I made the appointment online. Everyone was super friendly even though they were trying to catch up and keep up with the amount of people.We got in after about an hour, they did swabs and 20 minutes later the nurse practitioner came in, went over everything and even made my 6 year old more comfortable and was very caring. She was very thorough with everything and sent us on our way. I will definitely make the drive back there when I need it and refer them to anyone in need.

Want commend Lucas Lopez and all the staff for a job well done. I had been sick for a week and was unable to get into see anyone in my PC office, so went to Urgent Care TX in Cleburne. Lucas quickly diagnosed my situation with severe bronchitis and said he needed to get me cleared up quickly. And that’s exactly what he proceeded to do! With 2 injections and 4 prescriptions, I was on my way to a full recovery in just a few days! Thank you Lucas and all the staff!! I was told Lucas is the best, and now I know that to be true! Highly recommend Urgent Care TX Cleburne.

Tiffany politely greeted me into the clinic, and had me take a seat. When I was seen, Elizabeth has very kind, understanding, and asked good questions. She gave the least painful butt shot ever, very good at what she does, thank you!

I had the best care here. The first day I went Bianca, Jennifer, & Elaine were there. I went back the next day & Bianca, Jamya, & Jennifer were there. Everyone was so nice & went above & beyond to get be back to health. They saved my Thanksgiving. So grateful.

Blanca at the center was such a delight. It was a wait to get in but it is flu season. She made the wait worth it. Excellent care was given!

One of the best Urgent Cares I've ever been to! It was a bit of a drive to go to my usual doctor since I needed some antibiotics that very same day so I decided to stop by here and was more than impressed at how phenomenal the staff is!

I had run into an issue where I asked to send my prescription to the nearest pharmacy by me which was Walgreens only for them to never fill the prescription and expected me to pick it up 3 days later at full cash price, didn't even use my insurance. Hours of waiting I called the Urgent Care back and Karen went above and beyond to have the prescription sent over to HEB instead who had it ready in less than 2 hours. Love their service!

Dr. Susan and Nurse Blanca are amazing!!!! They were sweet and listened. They have a great personality!!!!

They treated us the best. Very kind & respectful. From the very moment we walk in, to the moment we left. They are great.

My husband hurt his pinky toe at Jiu-jitsu class last night. We thought it was broken, but we came here because my dad said they were great when he hurt his back.
This urgent care is amazing! They got my husband seen quickly on a Wednesday morning. The doctor and nurses were kind and had no problem giving him a doctor note.
After x-rays - found out it is just sprained (thank goodness). Thank y'all for being prompt, kind, and did not over charge for services. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

My granddaughter was very sick, Michelle was very good with her and answered all my daughters questions and mine to ease our minds and get her back on track

I had to take both of my boys on separate days this week due to pink eye coming home from school. The staff members were all great with both my boys. The doctors made sure to speak to my oldest son as if his concerns were important not just looking to me for answers. He appreciated that very much. They were quick with their care for both boys and had us out in a timely manner. I recommend this office and staff.

Lizzy Mora was absolutely helpful and understanding. She was able to help me analyze what was wrong with me and able to get me the medication I need!!!

I was at this facility three years ago and left a rather bad review. However, I just left the facility and must admit it has undergone a great reorganization. The staff was friendly and efficient and the nurse practitioner. Mike was amazing. Although not in my network, the pricing was very reasonable, and I was very pleased with the service. Kudos to urgent care in Cleburne!

Kiddo was real sick-turns out with strep-and we needed to get in some place for some antibiotics. Couldn’t wait much longer. They took excellent care of my son and made a VERY strong impression on myself! Good job guys!

The nurses and doctor are so nice here. I went in as a walk in and they put me in with no problems. We were seen quickly even though they were understaffed. They were so good and sweet to my Toddler who went in with an ear infection and was crying the whole time. I highly recommend going here!
