Very nice store. Employees were very friendly. Store has almost everything you could ask for. Definitely going back when I have more time to browse.

Not only does this store have friendly staff, but just about everything you could ever need in terms of actual hardware. I do a lot of custom fabrication work and when I need a single bolt or specialty fastener to get the job done, this is where I go. Huge thanks to the owners for keeping the old bin-and-bag system for hardware. Makes my life so much easier when I don't have to buy 20 bolts when I only need one.

Love this place. Very friendly, happy cashier. Sorta expensive on some things. They have sure a variety of stuff. Check it out you want regret it!

The staff is always friendly, professional and courteous! I'll shop local when I can and they almost always have what I need. "Big box stores" can't compete with their outstanding customer service. Go see Leroy if you need a key made or you're looking for a 500 watt halogen bulb for your portable shop lights. If Rowlett's doesn't have it then they will special order it for you as long as they can locate one nation wide.

OMG! Go to their kitchen department,, it's the best. Don't forget to buy fudge, best I've ever tasted . Oh and my husband loves to shop there also, he always finds exactly what he needs. Go, go now!!!

Good selection of merchandise at reasonable prices. Everything you need for home repairs. They have many items you won't find at the big box stores.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of tools and hardware. Store is clean and well stocked. Although I have not tried it, they have some really good looking fudge.

This place has become our go to place for the hard to find. We ordered online at another company only to get the runaround at pickup. One call here had our hard to find wire same day. The staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend trying here first before going online. Shopping locally wins again.

Was not disappointed. Awsome staff. Went there to get a a car key cut. Once done, I tried the new key to start the car. No good. The staff there exhausted all options and in the end, we figured out it was because the new one did not have the chip the old one had. They went above and beyond. Best store by far. Would return in a heartbeat.

This is the neighborhood Hard Ware Store of Old! Local Owners are working inside everyday! They are capable of answering any questions I have, and are even Happy to help me by doing so! Top it all off with the Home Made Fudge Bar for any sized sweet tooth, and Rowlett's is a Sweet Store!

Love the nuts bolts and screws by the pound. Somethings make the big corporate prices look fantastic and other things you feel like you're stealing it. And a great selection being a mon and pop store.

I love this place! They have what you cant find anywhere else. So many specialty items etc. Definitely back to a true hardware store and the people are wonderful and helpful.

Best little hardware store around. So great to not be just another number. If they don't have it, ask. They can probably get it. Great customer service. If you need something just ask them.

This is the atmosphere of a hardware store when I was a kid , you go in with your dad and every where you look it's an adventure. Well I'm now in my 60dys and every time I go in to Rowlett's Hrdw. Store I get that same feeling. I Love that place. R. Day

We always find exactly what we need with the help of the very helpful and friendly employees at Rowlett hardware. Also love the selection of kitchen merchandise, they have items that you can't find anywhere else in town.
