We want to give Mrs. Judy a Big Shout Out today for her great customer service she went above and beyond to help us.From the beginning she was very kind and helpful.She asked kindly what we were looking for and directed us to some beautiful furniture pieces we chose.Not once did she try to push us something we didn’t like or want.Also gave us our space to browse.When we asked about the furniture she is very knowledgeable about the brand and the make. Yes Mrs. Judy is a gem to the company. We highly recommend her to everyone.

I do not enjoy mattress shopping at all! Too many choices, hard to make an informed decision on a necessary item.

This experience changed my mind. Judy Simmons was my sales person and was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. Ended up with the Spring Air hybrid Kirby..

We were looking for good quality furniture. We’ve bought less expensive, and regretted it. Star has a good selection for not much more than the discount chains. The service is outstanding. Jack did a great job of helping my wife select a power recliner. He very quickly identified the recliner that suited her perfectly. The recliner will be delivered in 3 days, which is very quick for the holidays. We have been a satisfied customer for over 30 years.

I had a great experience today at star furniture, it started with the help of Pamela who really knows her stuff. She was very knowledgeable , she was not pushy, nor did she follow me around the store, she looked up everything. I asked her to look up and gave me some great Intel about the items and companies I was thinking about purchasing.
In my opinion, star furniture has a great line of products. Some are more expensive and some are in expensive but quality they carry some beautiful lines.! as it turned out, I ended up purchasing several large items for two rooms that we were remodeling. Be sure to ask for Pamela in Pflugerville Texas. She’s fantastic.

We purchased a sofa at Star Furniture several years ago. We really like or sofa and wanted to purchase an ottoman to use with the sofa ro create a chaise at on end. The sales staff was very helpful and helped is find just the right piece.

Judy was great to work with. We could tell she had a lot of experience and had lots of good suggestions for us. We did end up finding what we were looking for and in such a big store, that can be hard to do! We appreciate Judy for her help and we'll definitely be back for more pieces for our home.

We recently moved into a new house and found some great modern pieces at Star to furnish our dining and living rooms. Judy was so very helpful through the process, and most notably so with promptly responding to our texts and calls. We had a couple of pieces on back order and a custom order that took some time getting delivered. She gave us her cell phone number and responded to every text or call promptly, even on her days off. We had a minor hiccup with one of our pieces and Star immediately gave us fair options to remedy the situation. We will not hesitate to buy from them again.
