Cindie's is an awesome place to find that special something. What I love most about this store is how comfortable it is to shop. The staff is fun and inviting.

Little bit of everything

Just left this store, I’ve come plenty times before and never had the experience I did today. Two ladies at the cash register couldn’t even greet me & they both clearly saw me walk in. As I walked around they just stared at everyone in displeasure. Then as I was being checked out, not once did she ask if I was able to find what I was looking for. She rang up my item, gave me the total, I asked her if she could apply my discount, she acted as if she didn’t know what discount I was referring to. Just rude! Her name is Victoria with glasses, kinda wavy dry frizzy hair. After I asked if she was having a tough day she said no I’m having a great day, but her actions definitely did not show it. Hope y’all can get it together at cindies

A couple of years ago a pal gave me a gift certificate for Cindie's. I went in shortly thereafter and used about half of the total value. I put the card away and forgot about it until this week.

When I went in today I asked the lady behind the counter what the remaining value was. She said it was empty, which I assured her was not the case. She (and a manager that stood next to her) informed me that if a gift certificate is not used within one year- Cindie's takes $2 a month off the value until it's empty.

So the money my friend paid to them I cannot use because this business decided to take it back (silently, like a thief in the night). I find this totally underhanded and I won't be back.

Visited this store on 5/21 and bought a product from them and when I got home to open it, it was broken and does not work. Called to speak to someone about it and they told me they're not accepting refunds regardless if they sold me a defective and broken item. Complete waste of my money and I am definitely not happy. Will not be returning.

Clearly oblivious and bad customer service not very gender friendly since they assumed a person with a short haircut is a he!!?!? Really don’t assume and when someone is trying to correct you don’t talk over

I will never shop at Cindies ever again I’d rather drive 45 min out of my way when I need something from now on! This store is a joke
