Formerly Miami mini storage Now Safe Storage of Oklahoma LLC charging 26.6% increase in monthly storage rate in one swipe, $2 service charge for lack of known email address with no warning, nor was it ever required before, 50% increase in late fee. I misunderstood the new rate and my check was 5$ short I received notice and immediately sent another check for that $5 plus $2 they charged for not having an email address which I had never been asked for. They tacked on another 15 late charge. New owner/management now known as Safe storage of Oklahoma LLC. Not customer oriented or friendly. Can’t find a person at the premises. Only contact is mail, email or phone if you’re lucky. Have been a loyal and good customer 20+ years when Sextons had it. Never any issues or extravagant increases or unfair fees. What if you don’t use email? Extra $2 a month on top of 26.6% monthly increase. Do yourself a favor and find a locally owned customer oriented storage business. This isn’t one anymore! Not members of Better business bureau.. A 26.6% increase is outrageous much less all the extra charges and fees they keep coming up with. Can’t pay your bill in person as they don’t accept payments there anymore.Shame shame shame!!! Two thumbs down! Sure miss Kent and Cheri!!!! They were nice people!
