Flight FW Crossfit, is the best gym. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and from the first day they made me feel confortable and welcome. Also, I like the fact that they constantly challenged me to be a better every day. #CoachAMY

This is by far the best gym I have ever been to. The trainers are exceptional and they actually motivate you to make workout a part of your life. I have been a several gym clubs member in the past and I used to lose motivation after couple weeks of going there however that is not the case with Flight Fitness, I actually look forward to go to the gym and feel amazing when I leave. I highly recommend this gym.

A great group of people to work out with who support eqxh other to reach their goals! Friendly, supportive coaches who work with you to modify the work out to meet you at your level while pushing you forward with your functional fitness. I couldn't ask for a better workout experience!
