FWS responded quickly to our service call and we’re at the home within 24-48 hours. They were knowledgeable regarding the new technology of the combo washer/dryer unit, which instilled our confidence in their ability to resolve the issue during their first visit. And, they did fix it, despite the tight space to work within. While Ronald was “flying” through the dismantling of the unit, he spent time teaching us about the combo. He was efficient, knowledgeable and expeditious in resolving the problem. Will definitely call them again should a service be needed on any of our appliances.

Update 4/17/24- Since I can’t see a way to leave a second review, I will update this one. Still extremely pleased with our service from factory warranty services. We had to wait for parts, but Chad came back and fixed our dryer. Everything is up and running smoothly. Thank you Chad & Factory Warranty Services!

Our technician, Chad came to look at our dryer today. It is not heating. I was pleased to have received adequate notice of his arrival Upon speaking with him, he seemed to know what the issue was and he was right. We are. hoping to receive the part this week sometime, but I am confident in the work that will be done .

Ron, our technician, was absolutely fantastic!! We very professional and friendly from the very beginning. He instantly knew how to fix our water dispenser line and dug even further to see what was going on with our ice maker. He was extremely knowledgeable and easily explained our issues. He even came back to make sure everything was working and to clear up an error code. I will request him from now on to work on our appliances!!! Jasmine can't wait to see him either!!

Ron came by to service our dryer today. He came with a smile and a handshake, while greeting us and our Emu, Olive. Ron was very knowledgeable. He quickly found and took care of the problem we were having, all the while explaining what he was doing to my sister, Beth, and I (Sharon). We would recommend him in a heartbeat. Our repairman, Ron Juratovac, was astounding!! Throughout the repair process, this Dryer Repair Wizard's demeanor was friendly, personable, and enchanting. He had a genuine passion for his craft and a deep understanding of the magical forces that governed dryers. Lol He took the time to explain every step of the repair process, ensuring that I understood what was happening and alleviating any concerns or doubts I may have had. His attention to detail and precision in his work were evident, and he approached the repair with grace and finesse. I had my Frigidaire double door Fridge and Freezer serviced today by Ron. He was very friendly, did not mind my cat checking him out throughout the whole process. Ron quickly found the issue and fixed it. I am very glad they had previously ordered parts because I don’t think we could’ve went much longer with the freezer the way it was. I would recommend Factory Warranty Services!

Ron did a warranty replacement of one of the heating elements on my GE stove. He was friendly, quick and competent. I didn't have to sit around all afternoon waiting for him to show up either. FWS also communicated with me electronically and was responsive to messages which is a huge plus.

Technician Ron came out fixed our dryer very friendly & knowledgeable guy great personality will definitely be using their services again, he was in n out in no time. If I could give 10 stars I would thanks again Ron!

Ronald was great. Arrived as promised. Dismantled speed queen dryer, surveyed inside of dryer. Immediately found problem. Resolved issue. Reassemble. Tested. Works perfectly, all under 30 minutes. Extremely satisfied and I’m a happy customer. Great experience. Highly recommend.

I am giving Ron a 5 star review because he looked into the issue with my refrigerator and tried his best to fix it but due to incompetence on the first techs part he had to order the correct parts which the first tech failed to do, so it didn't get fixed on the second visit. Hopefully when the correct parts come, they will send him back to fix it. Going on 3 weeks of a broken fridge.

Ron, the tech is professional and caring . He knows what he is doing . he shows up when he tells you and he finishes the job quickly. The company didn’t order parts and we waited 3 weeks for repairs on our washer .

Easy to schedule with, great communication. Technician was professional and courteous. This was the first time a repairman left the area cleaner than he found it. Highly recommend and would absolutely use again.

I can't speak for the entire company, but I give Jerod 5 stars. He has worked on our washer...refrigerator...and more. Great guy and very knowledgeable and does what it takes to fix whatever or help you go another route if need be. I ask for him by name.

From the beginning to the end, Factory Warranty Services kept me informed about the status of my upcoming repair. Once the repair part was in hand my service technician (Ron J.) scheduled a date and time to show up and repair my washing machine. He arrived at the time stated, was extremely polite, respectful and considerate of my property and time. He explained the complete procedure, showing me the process and respectfully answering my questions. Once the repair was completed he put the machine back together and cleaned up after his work. He is a true professional and a extremely knowledgeable technician. This has been a very nice experience and I highly recommend Ron J. and Factory Warranty Services for your appliance repairs. Ron recently provided warranty service on my Tempur-pedic bed. He communicated well in advance of his arrival time, quickly diagnosed the problem and had the issue resolved in a timely manner.

Ron came out to fix our refrigerator. He was personable and very knowledgeable and we would ask for him again if we need anymore repairs.

Ron was very professional and friendly. He had to replace a part in our built-in microwave. The warranty company didn’t tell us that we had to have the microwave taken down ahead of time before the technician could work on it, but Ron was able to just take off the control panel and replaced the part successfully in about 15 minutes! Very pleased with his work!
