Got a great deal on a Toyota RAV4 in really good condition! Great service history on the vehicle and low miles. Dealer helped me even months after the purchase with figuring out paper work!

I bought a 2007 Honda Fit in November. It had a great price because the paint was faded. Otherwise it was clean, ran great, and all electric windows, mirrors, and door locks worked.
Unfortunately it got totaled two weeks ago, but I'm going back here to look for another car.

I wish I had seen the 1 star reviews ahead of going to purchase the used car at this shop.
I have read the other reviews later when I came to write review after purchase.

CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came up just in few hours after I bought and took it home. Later realized lot of mechanical issues.

Car was also NOT DETAILED.

Since I was in urgent need of a car, I went to this guy through Facebook marketplace where car information seemed fine.

He simply LIED to me and kept me waiting more than an hour he was not at the shop. He wasted lot of my time in my office hours.

He came very late, but he talked very friendly. He said car was in perfect condition.
When I asked about problems I looked at. He said "bring it back anytime, I will fix" I believed him. I was in rush and had to buy and leave to work.

When you call after purchase, person won't respond, after multiple attempts responded "CAR SOLD AS IS, No responsibility".

He says if you have any issue bring back, I will fix it. I bought a car here. Car hasn't been detailed, seats are not clean and smells very bad later. I had mask, Since the guy was with me in car while he was showing the car, I didn't take off my mask.

Sold my son car and the check engine light came on like 2 hours later. Took car to Auto Zone to get checked and found out the connection that u hook up to see codes on car was broken. I informed the salesman but could never get a response. Took to mechanic and found out the head gasket was damaged would cost 2000 to repair... the salesman knew all the problems with this car but failed to mention anything. Only said this is a good car and has no problems. He ripped my son off for 2100 dollars.... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CAR LOT

This is the worst dealership in Austin. DO NOT come here. The car I bought here stopped working after a few weeks. These people are scammers.

I'm from out of town and I called this lot prior to going look at a vehicle, and waited near an hour, almost late for work, Called the owner and he was still 20 minutes away from the lot, cars arent detailed, it's a shame for a business to want to retail something that they wouldn't put their loved ones in ,BAD BUSINESS👎🏽
