Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This is the best interactions I've had with Buying/Financing a vehicle. Nick P. and Donovan S. were very involved in the process to make things smooth. They were very in depth on making sure I understood what is going into my deal and very flexible on how to make the deal happen without making it feel like a rush decision. Very happy with the Team they have.

Chandler has been awesome to work with each time I’ve gone in! He really goes above and beyond and he’s very accommodating! Always gets me in the best cars!

The staff is very helpful and the cars are clean and well cared for. I was even rear-ended in their rental car & they immediately got me another rental, checked on my well being the following day & were handled all insurance business with the other driver’s company, allowing me to hand off the claim without additional work on my end.

This place is my go-to spot for car rentals. Everyone I have dealt with is friendly and welcoming. My last rental, I showed up to drop the car off 15 minutes after they closed, and they were still willing to check the car back in, during a bad storm.

I just want to take a moment to recognize a very hard working manager that went above and beyond to make sure my experience at enterprise was the best it could be despite the very short staff that was there (of only 3 included him) his name is Sage, and I just want to make sure his employers know that he not only took care of everything for me on the day of booking, he also called me 2 weeks in to check on my experience and cleared an error that was charged to my card per another employee. Very grateful for this experience. Thank you Sage.

My experience with Enterprise was a great one! Especially with Al Dane at the North Fort Worth location! He was friendly, personable, and offered great customer service!

This Enterprise is a great location. The entire staff is top tier. After my car accident, renting a car was not something I was looking forward to doing; but the entire staff was so helpful and accommodating.

Had to get a car rental after my car was in the body shop. I met Chandler there. I asked him to please get me a car with a navigation system because I was new to Tx. He managed to get me a rentar car like I one owned. (unlikely, seeing what most people were renting) He also showed considerable customer service to many very hostile customers that were in this shop & were making demands & speaking to him in a very unacceptable / dispespectable tone.
I understand that Deviv D. Griffin is his boss, so please see that he is informed of the superlative customer service he exibited.

I rented a car from Enterprise while my car was in the shop. The process was easy. Someone picked me up from my home and took me to their office. The gentleman that picked me up was friendly and kind. Once at the office, I was greeted by friendly staff and another gentleman helped me set up my rental quickly. He offered me a few vehicles, but directed me to the one that was nicer and more luxurious. The rental vehicle was great. I didn't have any issues with it. When I needed to return it, I was able to leave it at the body shop where my car was being repaired. While at the body shop, I ran into the gentleman that helped me at their office. He still remembered me and checked in with me about the rental. He was friendly and professional. A couple of days later I got a call and my rental agreement was closed with no issues. Everyone I had an interaction with was courteous and professional.

All of the staff was very nice and went beyond to make sure my rental needs were met, now that's customer service!!!

I rented week of 11/13 , these guys are good. Very good customer service. Car was new and nice. I enjoyed the experience and will rent from here going forward.

Need a car to rent come to Enterprise. They've always been awesome here. Treated me nice and always helpful. The service was fast and friendly. I was in the market for a new car but needed something to get around in the meantime. They had a car for me the next following day. Cleaned and ready to go. Justin helped me out. We talked about cars. And he recommended to buy from Enterprise. I know they sell good cars because my previous car came from an Enterprise and still runs great.

I rented a car Tuesday and purchased a car from Enterprise Saturday. Awesome week thank you Justin for recommending Enterprise. And thank you for your great customer service. I'll definitely be back. God Bless!

The vehicle they had for me was a Chrysler Pacifico. I never would of thought I would be driving a mini van but that van was super nice.

Staff was extremely helpful and quick. Gave us a special accommodations when we asked. Great location to work with.

I’m sorry to see such bad reviews. I had a great experience at this location. I will say State Farm did all of the legwork in finding a location that had a car available at a time when very few rental cars were available. The manager and every staff member I dealt with was always pleasant and professional. My car ended up in the shop much longer than expected to the point that I became self-pay. Enterprise remained professional and accommodating even when I switched to much cheaper rentals.

I've never had a better experience at a rental facility. I'd even go as far as saying that I can't remember the last time I've experienced such top notch service from any business.

From start to finish; the parking lot was clean and we'll organized even though they're surrounded by construction. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in the door by Justin Dito. He immediately called me over and took care of my claim. The lobby was very clean and the restroom as well. The rest of the staff was friendly also, we all shared laughs while we waited for my rental to be cleaned. As the rental approached Justin walked us out to the car and it was absolutely spotless inside and out. It smelled good inside the car which made me feel as though it was cleaned thoroughly and gave me a sense of security. Justin was very helpful, walking me through every portion of the rental process and answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeabe and an obvious asset to the company.

During the rental Justin checked in on me and made sure everything was going well. He also let me know when my rental was coming to an end, letting me know that I could extend the rental if needed.

Returning the rental was a breeze, I was in and out in no time. Justin was, again, a superstar. The man truly cares about what he does and knows how to treat customers. Well done y'all. 10/10

Came here for a car and left with a car! Trina was such a huge help and made everything sweet and simple. You can tell the team here will do anything they can to help you with the best deal. I love my Kia soul. I will be recommending them every time .

We recently rented a van from this location, which was out first time to rent without being on vacation in a very long time. They made the process to check out and return the vehicle seamless. They also have a very nice sales office that we didn't use this time around but will definitely consider it for a used car purchase in the future.

Great dealership to buy a car from !! Luis by far is the best car salesman out there. You can count on him to do anything. He will walk you through the whole process and make it very easy for you to get a vehicle. I definitely will be going back to him . Thanks Luis !!
