I’ve been coming to this location for a little over two years now. David is one of the most professional people that I’ve ever met. He tries to work with you especially if you fall behind on payments. He goes above and beyond to give you top notch customer service. Even if you don’t find what you you’re looking for at their location, he goes out of his way to see if he can find something similar to what you want. He’s the reason why I am a returning customer. He’s definitely an invaluable asset ! Thank you for your assistance.

Really cool folks over there. They actually are there to make you happy and not just make a paycheck. The manager there is actually very personable and smiles. Of course you will pay much more than what the merchandise is worth but if you have bad credit this could help give you some brownie points.

The staff was very helpful, friendly, and attentive. Found what i needed and they had it delivered very quickly.

If you go to a Rent-A-Center, I HIGHLY recommend you go to the Jacksboro Highway store. These guys are the best, and most friendly of all the RAC stores I've been to. The manager, David, still a super helpful and cool guy. They really are top notch.

I have purchased a ps4, queen bed, maytag washer and dryer, and a laptop from there... They are a wonderful staff who REALLY care about helping people who are trying to help themselves...they are fair with prices and get you what you want...ill recommend to anyone who needs to rent to own...avoid Conns and Aarons...come to RENT-A-CENTER!!!☺
