We have been customers for years, specifically Vision Clarity Eye Drops. The vial design was recently changer and it is an unmitigated disaster. About 50% fail to open properly. And at $14 per vial, I can't afford this level of defects. Customer service recommended using sandpaper to sand down the plastic bits on the cap. Sure, eye drops mixed with sand and plastic residue!!! You need to visit a pharmacy to see how other manufacturers package their products (i.e., with shrink wrap over the cap to prevent tampering.) If you plan to change product packaging, you should, at the very least, test it to see if it works consistently.
