As usual, never a long wait. Parts guys always on top of their game and got me what I needed and cashier ladies always friendly.

Got loaded in Dallas earlier today and when leaving started having issues with my truck misfiring(Injector isssue). I called the guys at Lonestar and they said they'd be able to diagnose my truck tomorrow morning.. well no sooner than I got the truck checked in a service tech was coming out to get it pulled in to diagnose.. They had me in and out in less than 3 hours.. the Lonestar team doesn't mess around when it comes to getting us back otr.. if you're ever in the area and need help,their service is 2nd to none(Megatron Transportation)

I really trust these guys. I would recommend them everyday.

Prime Inc Driver: Took me right in, said they'd Have me in the shop the next morning, but ended up getting me in that day. Mechanic called to touch base with me on the problems later that day. They're also great about calling you everyday to let you know the progress of your truck. I'll come back again for sure. Highly recommend.

They were very nice, and super informative. Taylor B. Took care of my truck issues and got us back on the road same day ! We were under an expedited load. They understood and started working immediately and efficiently. Our load delivered on time with their help ! Thank You !! Truck is still running Great !!

Great and fast customer service.

1 of the best truck shops in Texas. Took my truck in to get the cruise control fixed, they found the problem and fixed it within a days time. Did something that 5 other shops couldn’t do!

I have brought my commercial vehicle here many times **only** because of Mr. Colten Browning he is in parts and sales and his service is impeccable. He went above and beyond to attend to what I needed. I can say without a double that I have never experienced service like that before anywhere from anyone. Other shops should take notes from this guy. Good job give the man a raise!!!👍🏿 I'll definitely be coming back...

Always professional and great prices. Great in stock parts. I deal with Colton on the service and parts. He always puts 100%. Keeps me updated daily on progress of trucks when in shop. A definite shop to use

Brought the truck in Thursday, said they could get to it Friday, they did not, on Saturday they said the would get to it on Monday. We will see if they can at least get in the bay
Monday, they did the job, Robert, the manager was very nice and prompt. He explained some of the Covid issues on parts. I'm satisfied with the results. Working again. People here are professional.

I broke down 8 miles from this particular lonestar truck group facility in Tyler Texas. The truck needed to be towed in. I went to the shop the following morning, and checked the truck in. It was believed to be a blown turbo.
I was put me in touch with the parts department, and met with Colten Browning. Colten Was doing everything he could to find the replacement turbo. Between all resources, One was finally located. The part was sent overnight and Lonestar began working on the truck immediately for me.
Long story short, the truck needed a lot of cleaning and work to get it back on the road. Colten stayed in contact with me the entire time and kept me updated on what was going on. He literally bets over backwards to help me out in every possible way he could, he truly understood the predicament I was in.
I can’t think Colten enough For all the help and care that he provided to me. He is a very valuable asset to the company and definitely deserves to be recognized for that.
Thank you again Colten for taking care of me, Add a big thanks to the mechanics behind the scene they got the truck running and back on the road again. Great work guys!

Very nice place. Streamlined check out process with almost no wait. Parts department seemed to know their business. Overall clean facility, which made a good first-time impression. We'll definitely go back for any of our future truck needs.

We blew a fuel hose on the interstate coming off at the Lonestar Truck exit. Talked to a service representative within 3 minutes of pulling in the lot. We were directed to the far end of the lot and then shown to the lobby to cool off while repairs were made to the truck. We were kept abreast of what was goin on and how long it would take. In less than 2 hours all repairs were made, payments were made and we were out the door and on our way. What a place!! I'd give em a 10!! Some of the best customer service I've ever come across! Go Texas!!
