Outstanding service. Was doing a lot of shopping over the holidays and apparently I typed my PIN number incorrectly too many times. I called the Lake Worth branch and it was immediately answered by Traci. The branch was busy; however, she was very courteous and asked if I would mind being placed on hold. In a matter of minutes Toby answered, I explained my situation, and he corrected my challenge. Absolutely a fantastic experience!
