Great Expressions Dental Centers - Timberland

I have only been to the Timberland Blvd Facility twice now, I have had a solid treatment plan laid out for me, I have had every single employee tend to my needs and fears.
There isn’t a single person inside this building that isn’t working towards better teeth and in turn better health for me.
I had issues with my insurance not adding the facility to my plan, and the wonderful lady at the front desk worked with me for 30 minutes straight fixing the issue! She personally called them for me when I was struggling to get them on the phone, she made me feel EXTREMELY welcomed and cared for as a patient, and on top of all this, I smiled one way or another with every interaction within the office!
And I do not understand the reviews talking about wait times, I went in today for a scheduled deep cleaning at 9:30. They told me the day prior it would take an hour, I was out of there by 10am, like are you kidding me? Talk about customer care!
I have seen other reviews for different locations of Great Expressions, and they haven’t been that great, well this office doesn’t give great expressions a good name…It gives it the BEST name! Every single office should mirror and try to replicate the environment, level of care and comfort that this office provided me with and I know provides it to everyone else!

I’m happy to give this review, I broke my tooth in half with a very large hole right in the middle of my tooth.
They squeezed me in for appointment the same day. And already setup appointment to repair it.
All the staff were very kind , professional, and pleasant atmosphere .
I don’t have any insurance at the moment but Ms. Sonya helped me with the (Care Credit) Ms. Sonya Went over in detail what my options were and made sure I understood.
Courtney front office and the person who did my xray was very professional and of course the sweetest person EVER 😉. I’m looking forward to having my dental work done in this office and feel like I am in the best hands with Dr. Tran. I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone. The office is clean and well organized.

I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time but the staff who see my children regularly encouraged me to make myself an appt. As an anxious person, I was nervous but Dr and staff were nothing but friendly, reassuring, and kind throughout my visit. I really commend and thank them for showing me kindness. They have always been great for my husband, my children, and now for me!

The staff were great. The front desk is always very welcoming and friendly. My husband has a disability and I had forgotten his wheelchair and Sonia helped me walk my husband to the car. The Dentist is kind, informative as well as thoughtful.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Tran made a not so pleasant procedure one that was surprisingly bearable. I highly recommend this Great Expressions location, with the hygienist Mona, with her gentle touch, and Dr. Tran. Makes going to the dentist a little easier for people like me with dental anxiety.

The best dental visit I’ve had in my life! If you are like me, and every visit to the dentist was a nightmare, this is the place for you. I usually leave the dentist with my shirt soaked from sweating profusely and my hands hurting from clinching the seat, but not here! Dr. Tran and his entire staff were amazing!

Update: went for deep cleaning today and very pleased! Was very scared and hygienist Michelle's professionalism and calmness took my fears away. The deep cleaning felt like normal cleaning, did not feel any pain! Instead of numbing injections she did numbing creme which worked right away and I hardly felt any pain and only little pressure. Teeth look and feel super clean now. Love this place! Thank you!

Great clean and friendly place, they take being clean during this pandemic very seriously and use disposable stuff. Appointments are spaced out and they clean after each client. I feel safe and welcome here. Staff is very nice too and I look forward to next appointment! Plenty of free parking in nice upscale location

The staff at Great Expressions Dental on Timberland Blvd in Fort Worth is amazing! They took great care of me, just like they do on every visit.

Dr. Tran is very professional took the time to explain my grinding/clinching problems and how they can be resolved. The equipment used is very high end; I had never seen anything like it before. The front desk and hygienist staff were also very friendly and polite.

Dr. Tran is great! Very thorough with the cleanings and check ups, efficient use of time. The office staff and hygienists run a payment write up before doing any work, and they go over options. They all seem knowledgeable over the individual charges and can explain each one in detail and whether or not insurance covers it. He and his staff are great with my little ones (4,8,9) too. 5 stars!

Wonderful staff, very informative. Been to numerous dentists trying to find the right one. Great expressions checks all our boxes for quality dental work, but most importantly a dentist who really cares and is patient and caring. Especially with younger kids/teens who have had some dental anxiety from past clinics. This will be our long term dentist. Thank you to a great staff with a honest business model.

Everyone there is so nice & very professional. Taking vey good care of me.I highly recommend this Dentist office.

Great experience every time. I've been a customer for years. Prompt and courteous. Dentist visits are never fun but this team takes care of you and makes it more enjoyable.

I generally have a lot of anxiety when it comes to the Dentist, due to past experiences, but I have had a really great experience here.
From the front desk, to the hygienist, to the Dentist himself, everyone is very friendly and helped put me to ease.
The hygienist was so sweet and would pat my face dry anytime water got on it, and even put vaseline on my lips after my procedure. Small gestures like that make patients feel cared for.
Absolutely no pain and awesome staff! :)

Great staff and customer service. My appointment was on time and the hygenist was outstanding in providing a gentle, thorough cleaning. Ten out of ten!

I am a generally anxious person, though when it comes to dental apts my anxiety is at an all time high. I went to Great Expressions for my first time yesterday and LOVED my experience. The front desk lady greeted me very politely and helped me fill out all of my information. She was extremely helpful and welcoming! My hygienist calmed my anxiety by being very calm, cool and collected. He was very informative and encouraging. I am convinced everyone at this location is a literal angel.😂🙂 I will 110% be returning to this dental office and will be recommending this location to ALL my friends and family. Their professionalism and hospitality is exceptional!

Sorry but can’t remember the name of the lady who cleaned my teeth, but she did an excellent job.

She was alone in the office for the first 10 minutes or so but didn’t keep me waiting.

She measured and documented in the computer gum recessed numbers, and gave me how they changed or no change.

She would instruct me where to turn my head and how far to open or close my mouth so that she could do a good job and not hurt me.

Went for a complete exam , cleaning and repair of a filling. Dtr was amazing! So gentle and nice! He cleaned my teeth without any discomfort! Office staff were very nice and make you feel comfortable. I am booking an appt for husband and kids asap. This dentist is a keeper!!!

Great Dental office. I have been going here over year now. Friendly staff. I always get in on my appointment time no waiting. They do an awesome job on my teeth cleaning. Dr Tran is very friendly and does awesome work.
