Decent selection of donuts. Nice presentation. Sausage rolls are flavorful especially the jalapeno ones. Friendly staff. Colorful decorations to please the kids. Delivery services make it easy to have a stress free breakfast ready in the morning.

The donuts are really good and so are the kolaches but I could honestly care less about that because I’m here to talk about the amazing customer service. I came early in the morning and the lady working up front had a smile on her face and greeted me (even the person working the back came and said hello). There was nobody else in the store so instead of being quiet like most establishments I’ve been to, she immediately sparked a conversation. She was really nice and even said “God bless you” before I left. This was one of the friendliest interactions I’ve ever had and I will definitely be coming back.

This is a good little donut shop. I really enjoy the jalapeno kolaches they have here. Mini or large they are delicious. I think their breakfast sandwiches are better than their donuts but both are very good. They also give free donut holes with most orders. The staff is friendly and are always upbeat. Have bought my team at work donuts from here many times and it is always a great experience.

After living in 4 states, this donut shop is by far the best I’ve ever been to!! Their donuts and other breakfast items are delicious every time!! Also, they do amazing things like this that is going to make my niece’s birthday extra special. Thank you!!!

They are always open when we want our donoughts. They are always fresh and the people are very friendly. Love this place.

I chose the wrong day for my first visit to J’s Donuts: the last day of school in December! Every room mother was in there picking up orders for class parties and the ladies behind the counter were SO busy! The line was terribly long and I almost left but I’m very glad that I didn’t. I was impressed by the attention the employees gave to my small order even though they had so much going on. My donuts were delicious and my family plans to support this local, small business more in the future - even if the line is long!

This place is always on point! The donuts are fresh, the price is right, there is always a great selection and every once in a while, you will see new designs and decorations on the donuts. However, a place is only as good as the customer service and let me tell you, this place delivers! Above and beyond. Every time I come in, I am greeted with a smiling face and warm conversation.
I recently saw a 1 star review from a guy who said, "after speaking with the woman at the counter, I will no longer be going here." , you must a part of the cancel culture. Leaves more for the actual customers that love coming here...… - Bye Felisha!

Not sure what the person was speaking about the lady behind the counter and him never going back?!?! We have always been treated amazingly! Sweetest people ever working there!! Especially, Sally!! Love them so much!! Donuts are amazing too!!

Love this place. We stop here 1-2 times a week. They have delicious donuts! They also have different types of "pocket sandwiches" not sure what they are really called. They also have some really cute decorated donuts too. This morning they had donuts decorated as pumpkins. The service is fantastic and fast.

i came right at 12 and they had just locked the door i was kind of exciting that but when i was sitting in my car about to drive off a lovely lady came out with some donuts holes for me

We love this donut shop. Been going for years and Sally is just the absolute sweetest. Great way to start your day. Recently they have added some new varieties to keep things exciting. Yum.

I live in Justin and have two really close donut shops. J's Donuts is worth the extra driving! They're easy to spot from Hwy 156, and have really convenient hours. Their donuts are the best I can find in the area.
They have a really creative selection. Whether you try one of the fruity pebble topped strawberry donuts, or like to keep it classic, you really won't go wrong! Especially because something about their glaze is absolutely incredible!
I can't forget to mention the outstanding service from incredibly positive employees.

Love this place. My sister and I stop here after work in the morning every now and again, and we always enjoy the donuts and kolaches here. The staff are always super nice too. And their prices aren't too bad either.

Best donut store around!! Especially the bacon croissant piggies, they are our favorite! This place is even still well stocked for people who like to sleep in on the weekends lol. Great service, especially Miss Sally!

J's Donuts is a great donut shop I've visited on my way to work. I love that all their food is delicious. Everyone is caring and friendly.

Jay's doughnut's is not your run of the mill shop. The moment you walk in, you are greeted by two beautiful women. They remember your name and ask how your week has been. Erin wears a Bobba Fett apron everyday, super awesome. The food itself is delicious, I tend to stick with the jumbo pigs in blankets, but the assortment of delicious delicacies is quite tempting. There are plenty of beverages to choose from cold and hot. The shop is always very clean and well organized. Did I mention how beautiful the staff is? Anyway, I have never really cared what doughnut shop I go to mainly because they are usually all the same. But this little gem is most certainly one of a kind.

The staff at J's is always super friendly, the donuts (and other items) are all really delicious and affordable. We are there at least once a week and have never had a bad experience!
