We needed to replace our roof due to the storm that came through in July. After waiting for the heat to die down, we went with Horizon Roofing and I am so glad we did. I was not looking forward to dealing with contractors, but Jeremy with Horizon made the whole process smooth and easy. He showed the utmost professionalism and was very quick to answer any questions/concerns I had. I must say, because everything went so well, I really never had any great concerns. The crew came and actually finished the roof in a day. They cleaned the lawn so well you couldn't tell they had been there. Our experience with Horizon Roofing was wonderful. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and helpful. I would recommend this company, and especially Jeremy, for any roof work you might need. I may not need their service for a while, but I will definitely keep their card nearby to share.

Our roof was damaged due to a hail storm and needed replacement; it was covered by insurance (AMICA) as well. I had used Horizon Roofing in 1996 upon the recommendation of the insurance company. Fortunately, I remembered a key contact, Mike Mattocks and contacted him to get an estimate. Horizon roofing was the best of the estimates we obtained, and I was sure of their quality from my earlier experience. Jeremy Campbell, the project manager, provided the inspection and the estimate on the same day! He also recommended class 4 shingles that is impact resistant and eligible for insurance premium discount. The work was down by Jose" and his crew in a little over a day. The work was thorough, and completed as Jeremy had promised. the place was left thoroughly clean. The whole process was very positive and enjoyable because of the friendly, courteous professionalism of Jeremy and Mike. They used quality material (Certainteed Climatefflex, class 4 shingles) and replaced all the vents and added extra wind turbines. I recommend Horizon Roofing to anyone that needs roof work in the DFW area without any reservation.

I had a complete roof tear off with full roof replacement in 2000, due to major hail damage, by this roofer, who was recommended by my insurance company, USAA, and since that time I have had leaks that I feel are due to poor workmanship and not to age, also, unknown to me my gutters were severely loosened during the tear off, resulting in their continuous sagging and pulling away, requiring continued work to prevent further fascia damages, they replaced my main turbine vent with a low quality power vent, which failed early , for no charge as restitution for damaging landscape lighting through careless workers, which left me holding the bag (as the saying goes), unless they have improved their quality since then, in all fairness, I would be very hesitant to recommend them
