John S arrived on time and was very thorough when he explained what he discovered and my options for repair and replacement. The prices he quoted were very reasonable. Replacement of the main panel required temporary disconnect of power, and city permits and inspection. John coordinated with the power company and city so that the work was done quickly and power was restored with minimum disruption to my family. Very pleased with the work done and professionalism of technician.

My parents house next door was struck by lightning. They are elderly. They called their electrician, he came out, checked some things and said they would probably have to rewire a lot of the house and they can’t do it for another week. I called Mr. Electric they were able to come out the next day. I had a 12:00 appointment. They texted me to let me know the technician was on his way at 8:00am. They sent me a picture and the name of the technician. He was very professional and my parents were very pleased. After looking at everything James( the technician) was able to diagnose the problem. He changed out the breakers in the breaker box and put in a surge protector. Problem solved. It was fixed , they had power again, and were very pleased with the service. The fee was very reasonable. I am so glad I found this company. Now I have a new electrician as well. I have been referring them to everyone!

Not sure about price fairness though since I did not shop around,
but I see it as a great value for the important amount of the investment. They showed up as anticipated by dispatch, courteous and professionals. Go for it !!

Brian showed up the morning after I called for service. He was incredibly thorough and professional. He found and corrected a number of electrical issues that were not evident to me but were causing problems or likely to in the future. I was very impressed with his desire to make sure everything was checked and corrected before he left.

They were quick to schedule an appointment, and friendly. Zach was a consummate professional, did a great job explaining the situation and our options, then completing the job in a timely manner.

My husband and I had called around to a few different electric companies and Mr. Electric was one of the only ones that had friendly service and didn’t charge for an estimate. It was an easy decision from the start! We had a wonderful experience working with Mr. Electric - Lori was so easy to work with to schedule our estimate and followed up with details on when the electrician would arrive. She was patient with us when we had to reschedule a couple of times too! We received a picture of our electrician with personal information about him via text and email, which was a really nice bonus safety feature. Aaron came out to give an estimate and did a complimentary inspection of our entire home, inside and out. He came back out to install our ceiling fan and he even agreed to come back out again after that without charging us when we didn’t have the right downrod for the fan (how amazing!). Professional and prompt. The wiring for my dryer to the breaker box needed to be re-done. I was also told about additional issues that were found and I was able to get what I needed fixed and put the rest on a to-do list. I am very happy with the work that was done!

Jon from Mr. Electric ran a new ceiling fan mount from a previous switch, and it was the most smooth and thorough experience with an electrician I have ever had. The dispatch even gave us a courtesy call to let us know that they were running a bit late, even though Jon still showed up well within the time window we were given. Mr. Electric was easy to work with and we will definitely be using them again in the future.

The consultant was on time, did an inspection of electrical systems and completed the work expected to our full satisfaction. They used quality products, did the installation neatly, cleaned up the space post installation and explained everything that was done. Will definitely recommend them and use them again.

Zack & Matt were timely, courteous, respectful & professional-not to mention restored our power on an icy day, just before it gets worse! We had a very positive experience and they arrived on time in the morning and put in a full day. Zack also answered a question I had the following day. We had an emergency outage of a breaker that controlled most of the important things in our home, on a Saturday afternoon. I called and within an hour I had Zach here and hunting for the problem. He was courteous and professional, but also took the time to explain what he was doing and also made future recommendations based upon what he was seeing.
