La Mexicana Market

Went for the tacos, but really enjoyed shopping in this clean, well organized and well stocked market. Everything looked so fresh and nice. Produce, meats, cheeses all first rate. The isles are so perfectly faced with product it’s like a work of art. Bottom line is these nice folks care. As far as the tacos are concerned, delicioso. So fresh and well made. Can’t wait to return!

Is a great store found some things from my home country of Colombia. Definitely worth looking into.

What an amazing gem we found here! I bought a melon agua fresca that was amazing but, I can't wait to make a Michelada with this!! This is as authentic as you can get to a tiendita in Mexico in Round Rock!

I love how most everything is spicy and 100% authentic.

Best Mexican food I’ve ever had. Period.

My only draw back is they don’t sell horchata in the bag. Iykyk.

But other than that, I love this place.

I used to get groceries here. Now I just enjoy the food and I get delivery.

Worth every penny.

Also I don’t get as much meat in the posole.

BUT it’s so good I don’t care. Lol.

I absolutely love coming here for groceries and the yummy tacos and beans and rice!!! I would like to say to Marci P. You couldn’t be more wrong while Spanish is the first spoken language, they try to understand and there is always someone around that speaks English and Spanish. They are so nice and patient so to make those remarks are terrible, it’s a Mexican market in Texas do you really expect everyone to speak fluent English? I think it’s wonderful and it’s where my family goes so if that’s your opinion stay away and shop with your negativity somewhere else.

Good option to do Mexican grocery

Excellent service, quality, and availability.

My husband and I make the trip into Round Rock for their fajita meat. It is amazingly good. I do not shop here weekly, but every time I have been everything is fresh and beautiful. Produce and meats alike.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Most of the staff is bilingual. Facility is clean and the food is amazing. Don't let the humble setting of the facility fool you, very good place to eat.

The owner took very good care of me when I ordered my chicken tamales. I've been coming to this place for the past 10 years and their tamales are excellent! Highly recommend this place for good tamales. 🌯👍

Best authentic al pastor I've ever had! Most places have the pineapple with al pastor and it really sucks. This place has amazing tacos and great meats at the meat market. Love the hot sauce they make here and sell in the grocery store part. Low prices with great stuff.

First time here last week and stumbled over an truly authentic and delicious Caldo de Res (beef stew plate) and quesadillas! Hit three spot with this cold weather. 😋 Great quality produce, great variety and great customer service. Left with a full cart! To top it off, was surprised by owner with French Truffles and calendar gift at checkout. So happy to have found this little gem.

This place has really good service and has mostly everything you’re looking for. The employees are nice and helpful!

If you expect them to all speak English and get mad because you don’t speak Spanish... maybe this is not the place for you. Please don’t be ignorant and expect everyone to speak English. And please don’t call it “mexicanish”, that just makes you sound ignorant....

Excellent recipes, always clean and organized, meats are always amazing! Love their aqua de pina and pan dulce. Always come here for meats when we do cook outs etc.

The cleanest grocery store in Texas. Very organized. Beautiful produce. Very good meat market section. Stopped in after my appointment with my dentist next door. A++++++!

Fresh produce, hard to find cuts of meat. Lots of spices and fresh tortillas. If you are looking for authentic mexican ingredients or just a smaller grocery store to get the essentials, they have a good selection, the store is clean, and the staff is friendly.

Tacos are delicious, as well as the tortillas they sell in the coolers. The cashiers have always been friendly and the staff working with the hot food have always been sweet.
