I used to hate going to the dentist and did not go for several years because of some very bad experiences when I was young. The staff at Timber Creek Dental has changed my perception. Everyone is very friendly and professional and they do a great job. Dr. Casey is outstanding. My teeth look and feel better than they have in years. I really appreciate it.

My first check-up and cleaning at Timber Creek Dental went well from the time I stepped through the door. I had submitted my forms online, so checking in was quick. The dental hygienist was right on time and she was quick, efficient and thorough as well as friendly. Dr. Casey was ready to come in as soon as she finished the cleaning and I was finished and heading home about an hour after I entered the door. I was also thrilled when Dr. Casey told me that they no longer have to take those unpleasant and messy impressions when I eventually need a new night guard. I am very happy with my new dental office!

Timber Creek Dental is by far the best service business our family of six has used since moving to Texas 4 year ago. From the pleasant and timely response of the office staff to the efficient and task oriented billing, to the compassionate and knowledgeable care team, I can not praise them enough. Timber Creek Dental could offer training in customer/client experience. I'd have a list of referrals for their training. While customer service seems to be waning elsewhere Timber Creek Dental sets the bar.

Very efficient and friendly office staff and employees. Dr. Casey is thorough and doesn't recommend costly and unnecessary procedures. If there is an issue, he is forthcoming in information so that I can make an informed decision regarding my treatment. He answers all questions and he is focused on my dental care. Great customer service. I was seen promptly after arriving. The dental tech was very friendly, we were finished in no time. Dr Casey is always very cordial and gives me feedback, answers my questions. The entire staff is very efficient and friendly. I never feel like I'm being rushed. Kudos!!

Dr. Casey and team are awesome. I had a crown break on my front tooth that had been put in by another dentist years ago. I was really nervous to have it replaced as it might not match or look different. Dr. Casey got me in quick and got a new crown made super quick and it is perfect. I also have now had a cleaning by Keisha and she is great. I’m glad I have found a new dentist that hopefully I can use for years to come!

This is the best most caring dental practice. From the ladies in the front who are all smiles and very knowledgeable to the Hygienist who make you feel so comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Casey puts you at ease and is very professional. The whole team here is unmatched! Best Family practice around!! Timbercreek Dental is a great! They are a breath of fresh air compared to my last dentist. The whole staff is so warm and friendly. They genuinely care and are very helpful. When we needed a quick appointment, they were very helpful in getting us in the next day! I also appreciate how you are not scolded over not flossing and you don’t have to worry about them trying to sell you additional services which are usually not necessary.

I always enjoy visits with Timber Creek Dental. The hygienist is cheerful, gentle and thorough, and the dentist likewise gives excellent and careful examinations of my teeth and mouth.

We’ve been going there for years and Dr. Casey and team are great! They take awesome care of my family and don’t try to “upsell” services to you. :) We’ve moved out of the neighborhood but will continue to be seen at Timber Creek Dental because they are that good :)

It was a very good first time visit. Macy did an excellent job cleaning my teeth, and Dr. Casey checked X-rays and teeth and said everything looked good. So far, very good rating!

I have visited Timber Creek Dental recently for a crown replacement. My old crown BROKE off. Dr. Casey was thankfully able to replace it. He has the latest tools to help insure a great fit. His assistant Tonya was equally as good at making sure I had the best fit possible. I have NEVER had such a good crown fitting as I had here. I have had quite a few before but always had to "get use to it". NOT THIS TIME!!! THANKS to Dr. Casey and Tonya.

Best dental experience I've ever had. Everyone there is friendly and very helpful. I changed my insurance to be able to go here because of the good things I've heard in my neighborhood group.
After not going to a dentist for a couple of years, I tried a different dentist. They did a deep cleaning one visit, and repaired a little crack on my second visit. When I went to pay for the second vist it was $100 more than I was quoted. They wanted me to come back 2 more times for 2 fillings, whoch were also qouted wrong and going to cost $200 more. That is when I changed my insurance.
Dr. Casey told me my teeth were great and he didn't think I needed any additional work. When I was getting my cleaning the hygienist couldn't understand why they would have wanted to do a deep cleaning. I will definitely be recommending Dr. Casey to family and friends.
