Ideal Dental Fort Worth

I had a great experience this morning at Ideal Dental with Dr. Han and her Dental Assistant. They worked wonderfully together and made me feel that they were trustworthy and would take great care of me. I felt more educated about my dental health than I have ever felt. Too often I feel belittled at the dentist, but Dr. Han and team were very compassionate and really helped me understand my situation better. Will recommend.

Had some tooth pain, and saw that I had a cracked tooth, I proceeded to look around for a dentist and saw that ideal dental had emergency appointments, i made one and was seen with in a few days. All the staff was friendly and helpful in getting me the care I needed. And since I didn't have insurance told me about their dental plan and saved me money! You've earned a patient for life!

I came into the office with awful tooth pain. Every single person here was SO helpful and respectful. I ended up needing a root canal and my pain was gone. Everyone made this visit comfortable for me. Such a great office and amazing kind staff. Highly recommend!!

A big thanks to Dr. Han for getting me cleaned up and repaired. She and her team do excellent work and coming from a person who is not a fan of going to the dentist, I appreciate Dr. Han for her dedication to her work. Also, thanks to Cassandra for assisting and helping me get through my procedures.

I would definitely recommend coming here, they have a wonderful staff and great customer service. Kassandra especially, is always so kind and attentive when performing uncomfortable procedures. Best overall dental office I’ve been to!

I had a crown break while I was at work and the Ideal Dental office that I normally go to was booked for the day, as was another in the area. I called this office and they were able to see me the same day thankfully. The dentist reattached the crown and I was done in about an hour and a half. I do recommend this office to others.

I was skeptical because I had to change dentists (insurance) to get my dental work done. But it was nice. Staff was friendly too.

Came back to edit my review….had to take my son there to get some work also. The 2 ladies at the front desk are so kind. Dr Han and the hygienists are friendly and professional too.

I just relocated from NC and of course needed to establish care with a new dental office. I am very happy I gave this office a try! Their hours are amazing and help when you have a busy schedule. My husband needs Saturday appointments and they have them . From the time you walk in the door, the staff is professional, but down to earth and make you feel comfortable! The dentist, she is absolutely incredible and knowledgeable. All the staff cares deeply about your comfort and care. Thank you Ideal Dental of Fort Worth, I will see you again!

I had Invisalign done years ago from a different dentist. Dr. Han still informed me I still had time left and I could be saving money, which I really appreciated! I’m really glad I gave it another chance. We’ve done multiple revisions with the help of the team and Tracey and I gotta say I can finally say after all these years I love my end results!!! I love that they took into care for my concerns, getting to the bottom for what I needed, and above all making it happen. 5 stars.

My visit to Ideal dental was awesome the receptionist up front is amazing. Easy to work with and explained everything in great detail. I've been a recurring patient and plan to continue coming here. Service is great!!

I have never had a dentist who made me feel comfortable. It was the first time I didnt feel a thing while they were drilling away. They did a great job at making it painless. Everyone there is friendly and kind. I def. recommend Ideal Dental in Fort Worth!

I love this office! They are so understanding and the doctor helped me feel very comfortable. I had an oral surgery that went wrong (not at this office) and I was terrified to the point of not being able to get a shot without shaking and crying- I’m not a sensitive person by nature. After I shared my concerns with the doctor, she helped me feel comfortable by allowing me the time to ask her a lot of questions. She also helped me get back on track to getting the beautiful smile I’ve always wanted. I don’t usually leave ratings online, but in this case people need to know they will get great service by a doctor that actually cares.

Dr. Han displayed remarkable thoroughness during the entire appointment, and the staff at the Keller location were incredibly sweet and patient. Dr. Han and her medical assistant stayed an extra hour after closing time to ensure I received complete care. Throughout the entire experience, I never felt rushed or like a burden. The exceptional service makes me want to continue visiting this location even after I move to Plano.

Front staff was friendly and professional. Xray tech was caring and funny. Dr was great at checking my daughter carefully, explaining treatment. Everyone here was great and professional definitely recommend.

Service was wonderful last time I was here the office was under a different management which really pushed me to the point of not returning and changing providers all together but with the new manager and team the manager took care of all my previous issues now I’m leaving today happy and satisfied with everyone service starting the moment I walked in to check in . Definitely recommend

The staff are very friendly & do their upmost best to keep you comfortable during your time waiting & getting a cleaning. I was thirsty so one of the Dental assistants gave me some water & let me know if I wanted more I could ask. Throughout my cleaning the Doctor & Dental Assistant made sure I was ok at all times. However, I do suggest having a TV on the ceiling as well.

First time coming here and I’ll definitely be back. The staff was friendly and engaging and the doctor explained everything in detail. I think we’ve found out new dentist office.

Such a great office. From the time you walk in to when you walk out, they really take the best care of you! Always checking if there is anything else you need before you leave!

I just have to say I had a phenomenal experience today with my extraction! I decided to make life changing decisions and getting my oral hygiene back on track was priority! I usually can tolerate pain but today intolerable and I wanted to have that area looked at and see what were my options. I’m an ice eater and eating ice has caused trauma to my teeth to the point where the one I had extracted was the result of eating ice. As part of the treatment, I had to have X-rays done when was a quick process! Dr. Han came in to numb so the procedure could be started and he hen I say she had the most gentle hands. She talked to me during the entire process. Dr. Han and Tracy continuously asked me how I was feeling and if I was “ok” during the procedure. How often do you hear that being asked during treatments/procedure? My heart races fast when I see a needle and let’s just say today I was more calmer than anything. I wasn’t able to feel the initial pinch when the needle went in. Through the process I couldn’t even feel what was going on. I knew Dr.Han and Ms. Tracey was in my mouth because throughout everything I was asked if I was “ok.” After the procedure was done I felt much relief and vowed to never eat ice again knowing what it could do to my teeth. Although the procedure seemed difficult to me as to his the tooth had broke off, Dr. Han and Ms. Tracey remained calm and ensured me that I was doing a good job. If I could I would give 10 stars. This is definitely a go-to office. I will be getting the rest of my work done here! I’m going to recommend this office to family and friends!
