The location is very convenient. Everyone is so friendly and efficient. I have checking and savings accounts with them. Never had an issue. They always great you immediately and ask you what you need help with within less than 5-30 secs.I usually don’t have an appointment :( They try their best to squeeze me in and help me as best as they can. I have been to this location for too many times this year due to some personal reasons. Vanessa is extremely helpful. She is very knowledgeable and patient with me. She helped me a lot and made my situation less stressful. If she isn’t available to help me directly, she follows up with me to see if I get the things done whenever she gets back to work. Thank you a loooooot Vanessa! Ricky was also so nice that he took over some work to help me when he already had someone scheduled. He finished helping me and was still able to get back to the customers who had an appointment on time. I hope I don’t need to see you that often anymore. 🫂 ❤

Lenka Nagyova goes above and beyond for her clients. She’s the best thing about this branch hands down.

Working in the medical field I get very tiny windows to run errands during regular business hours. Today I was running behind for an appointment to set up a new account and the staff was very accomodating. I spoke with the branch manager, Allison, who was extremely personable and warm, and Rachelle helped me set up the account. Rachelle was so helpful, answered all of my questions and was very quick and efficient. I was in the building maybe 15 minutes which has never been my experience at any bank ever, allowing me to get back to work quickly. Thank you for the awesome customer service. I live north but work south, and I am very excited about making this location my "home" location.

Didn't think I'd ever be inspired to leave a review for a bank, but more specifically Caroline who works here was incredibly solid at helping us get taken care of for a few things. Bank always seems busy, she went out of her way to help get us sorted out, knowledgeable, and following up with everything with questions/issues afterwards that weren't related to her but Chase.

I needed to change my last name and had the most pleasant experience at this branch! The process was seamless, and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Will definitely return to this branch if I have any other in-person needs!

Beyond incredible customer service and experience from Allison at the South Congress branch. My wire transfer got stalled due to a weekend system update and Allison not only personally kept an eye on the status throughout the morning, but when she realized it might not go through today, she kept me updated and told me to come in to resend the wire, which went through immediately. She also refunded the fee of her own volition and without asking. Thank you so much!

Sooo….my account got hacked and i called the useless number on the back of my card which got me no where. Came into the bank met with Caroline Cho one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She really cared about my situation and even called me after 30 minutes after I left to give me an update. She is the true definition of great customer service!! Thank you again Caroline! You are truly AWESOME!!!!!!

I came in on Halloween because I had a problem related to my account and was helped by Rachelle. She helped me right away even though the bank wasn't open for another 10 minutes. Her demeanor immediately put me at ease and she did an outstanding job helping me solve my problem. I will definitely be going back to her for all my banking needs. Thanks Rachelle!

Rachelle helped me twice last year to find proof of payment for a difficult landlord and went above and beyond the call of duty. I find the folks here more helpful and the services way more useful and convenient than the experiences I've had with a well-known local Texas credit union.

Martin is excellent at establishing rapport. He does a thorough job of explaining bank policy in terms that are easy for the client to understand.
Kelly Patterson, in addition to having Branch Management responsibilities, assists the platform when needed and does an excellent job in the process.
