They employees were nice and worked out a deal with me to get an upgrade

This is by far the greatest phone store I have been to in Austin. Not only were the ladies there kind curtious and absolutely patient with me they are highly knowledgeable about they're stuff. They have the sweetest personalities and I never have been treated with so much attention and care. I know not many places can say this about they're phone store but I have to tell you they took the time to help me find my pin code they remembered my first name and actually spoke to me other then trying to sell me on a bigger plan. Whenever I have problems. They always help and basically are glad to help you with whatever. New phone and very friendly. Have no problems with them. Perfect phone service too

Because their kind & try extremely hard too help u in whatever's ur problems might be .And ofcourse, it's the store that has just about every/thing I need for my phone.

Fantastic store. Great employees. I walked in needing to pay my bill and walked out for the same price with a new phone and phone number. 😉
