I love the more classic style cloth they offer.

This JC Penny store is easily accessible. It has a great and varied selection of good quality clothing and other apparel. The staff is very helpful and professional. The store is well-maintained and the prices are reasonable.

Pennies always has great products, fair prices, wonderful sales. Staff are friendly and helpful. I never feel rushed when I shop at JC Pennies.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. They had not removed the previous sale signs on merchandise that I chose and the items rang up at a higher cost. The sales associate called the manager to let her know and I was given the sales price. Yayyyy! Great service and great deals.

I've made my purchases online and have used the new curbside pickup. During the holidays, some items were probably stuck on cargo ships, which meant they were delayed.
Shaquala personally called me about the order and kept me updated throughout! On another occasion, my order got cancelled before it should have. Shaquala, and another wonderful associate worked hard to help get the order replaced and at the price I paid! These associates have exhibited excellent customer service! I will continue to use curbside pickup because of the associates genuine care.

I do not have a JCP in my city so I order online for my three grandchildren, my husband, and myself. When I go to Dothan, I do my returns. The assciates are so kind and helpful. Then we shop in the store. Everything is so orderly. I love my JCP.

In all honesty it’s very seldom that I leave a salon happy with my hair but Samantha did a great job! She listened to what I wanted & made it happen! Samantha & James both made me feel welcome like I had known them forever even though we just meet. I left feeling great about my hair & we had a great conversation. It’s exactly what an experience at a salon should be. You guys are great & I will definitely be back!

I love to buy my clothes at JCPENNEY. I know that they will fit me there. It is usually hard to get jeans to fit just right but they do there. So do their blouses. They ALWAYS have clearance sales. One corner of the women's department has great markdowns.

Has jeans in my size and age appropriate. Admittedly in the young girls area, but none the less had a wide variety that is usually a rarity for smaller sizes (0-1).

Every time I needed help someone was always right there, but it wasn't like you were being constantly watched. At the register, she was very helpful and showed me every way to save money. It was a fun experience!

Only place in town to buy pants for all three of my growing boys!

I always have a GREAT experience when I shop here. Only ONCE did I have to stand in line for a long time and that's only because it was the holidays. Great Prices, Great Employees, Great Product. Great Place To Shop Overall!!

This store has anything you need at a good price

I had placed on order online but I never received the merchandise. Jaquala took ownership of the situation and made it right! JC Penneys is lucky to have her!!

They had a great sale going on, we paid half price or less for everything. The staff was well mannered and a pleasure to be around. They were very helpful with finding everything I wanted

I go there to the salon. I have had my hair done by Wendy Skipper for a number of years. She is so sweet and so professional, i always leave feeling better than when i arrived . Will continue JCP salon as long as she is there !!

JCPenney has always done well ever since I was a little girl. I wish they had Arizona sweatshirts for adults. Because i really do miss my sweatshirt from Junior High. I lived in it, it was so comfortable!

Shopping at JC Penney's in Dothan was a great experience. We purchased a good amount of clothing and associate 0115 made the shopping experience one that I will remember very positively. Thank you associate 0115. I am glad to see customer service is still alive and well at our retailers.
