Bought my first pair of shoes from the outlet store. They had a good assortment of styles and sizes. The sales staff was knowledgeable also and helped me determine structured vs. normal structure. The prices in the store were BOGO x% off, whereas the online price was 70% off. The store offered the online price. I picked up a super comfortable pair of Gel Quantum 360 Knit 2 for about $100 with tax, regular $180. Good deal. THey come with a one year warranty.

I stopped in to purchase a new pair of ASICS and I received the best customer service ever from the time I entered the store until I left with two new pairs of shoes. Thank you for your time and awesome service . Highly recommend this store located in Round Rock at the Premium Outlet.

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Will and his team for all their help!! They provided excellent service and took their time making sure I got the proper shoes. They were very attentive and kind!!! Went in for some running shorts and I was browsing I didn’t see any I liked. Will Torres was a great help! He mentioned some shorts in clearance for $12!! Will went above and beyond when it came to customer service. I’ll definitely be back.

After having a difficult time dealing with Asics directly, I decided to call the Asics Outlet store. After speaking at length with Will (store mgr) he was more than accommodating and understood the issues I was having. Due to the COVID pandemic I was uncomfortable coming into the store and he made arrangements for my to try on the shoes I was looking to purchase, in two different sizes, and handled the entire transaction without me ever setting foot in the store. This is the kind of customer service you expect from shoes at this price point ($150+) and you should look no further than the Asics Outlet in Round Rock with Will at the helm.

I got a great deal on two pairs of shoes. I have extra wide feet . Most stores don't carry my size but ADICS had a good selection of shoes in my size...a rare treat! 🙂
