Horizon Dental Care/Domain dental

I have been a patient with Horizon Dental since 2017 and Dr. G and her staff are wonderful! Dr. G is very accessible, answering any questions over the phone whenever I call the office.

I decided to get Invisalign and Dr. G has been patient with my troublesome teeth. She has encouraged me to continue getting more trays to get the perfect smile, versus ending on the scheduled time and not being completely satisfied with the results.

I don't think I can give this place justice. The staff is some of the friendliest that I have ever dealt with. They are extremely supportive and friendly and treat you like family. I just experience a very traumatic dental emergency and they were able to see me within 10 minutes of me calling and did their best to have me leave the dental office with a tooth while consoling me and helping me deal with what happened. They provided me with many options and went into detail on what each of them entailed. Dr. Miriam is one of the best dentist I have ever dealt with.

The staff is so kind and welcoming! This was my first time here and I will be coming back. The doctor and hygienist explained all the procedures and the reason behind the issue as it came up. They are so professional and the service was amazing! Definitely recommend🦷🪥🌟

I came to Horizon Dental for an emergency chipped resin crown with many negative experiences at other dental offices. The treatment both medically and emotionally was pleasant and thorough. Dr. Guirguis and the assistants were kind and helpful throughout the whole process and talked me through everything, calming what nerves they could. I look forward to my future experiences with this office and recommend anyone in the area consider them for your dental care needs.

I couldn’t be more happy with the customer service and work I had done at Horizon. I was visiting from out of town and managed to crack my temporary bridge. Horizon was booked solid, but managed to squeeze me in. I love it here! I’ve been coming here for years and have always been so happy with the service! They’re kind, and Dr G has even honored an original quote of a procedure she had given me over a year prior, even if the price had gone up to about double. Awesome, honest, and kind practice!

I have always had anxiety about going to the dentist, but this practice just might be curing me of it! My hygienist, Cathy, is so sweet and so reassuring that I no longer need nitrous for my cleanings! And the dentist is terrific! She fixed a chip in the bonding on my front tooth and when it was done, it looked better than it ever had. What a relief to find a place I can trust!

The best dentist experience around! I've never had to wait longer than a couple minutes in the lobby, staff is always kind and helpful, and the treatment is personal and rewarding. Dr. Guirguis was exceptional and really took her time catering to my questions.

The routine cleaning was thorough and informative (e.g., teeth cleaning, flossing, x-ray, gum measurements, filling checks). They took great care of me and passed on many tips and advice; past dentists, that I've been with for years, have never even mentioned to me some of the things I've learned in my few short visits at Horizon Dental.

Just had my first appt with Dr G for a normal cleaning and has a great experience!! And to say that about a dentist appt says a lot!! The entire staff was wonderful, kind, knowledgeable and caring. Starting with the staff in the front office - scheduling my appt was easy and they even let me know when an earlier appt became available so I could be seen a couple weeks earlier than my original appt. Then when I arrived to check in, they were kind and friendly and check out they were just as kind, helpful, and explained charges for a filling I needed. The dental hygienist, Kathy, was super informative!! I’ve never had a dental hygienist take the time to explain everything she was doing and what it meant and how a few changes in my home dental plan could improve my teeth! I was incredibly impressed with her knowledge and care throughout the process. My time with Dr G was fantastic too. She took the time to show me my x-rays and walk me through what they showed. She was incredibly knowledge, kind, and even funny! I don’t think I’ve ever had occasion to laugh in a dentist office and I did here! She was so personable and realistic with things that needed to be done or could wait.

I had an excellent experience with this dentist and their lovely team, everyone was so kind and they were super helpful with my very specific request of getting a tooth gem removed! They got me scheduled quickly, reminded me of the paperwork (I'm forgetful so this was very helpful), and they were very understanding of me needing to confirm the price before the service and were very upfront. Great experience, would definitely go here again!

I trust this place and would recommend it to anyone. I've had bad experiences at dental offices (in Austin and elsewhere)–mainly I've felt other dental offices are pushy, and try to upsell me on products or suggest unnecessary dental work and it's lead to more discomfort and money spent. Horizon dental is very honest, they're clear about what work needs to be done, and why, and what you can hold off on. They're not in it for the money, they're there to provide care with integrity. Unfortunately now, I live nearly 40 minutes away after moving recently. I wish they had a closer location to me, but I'm still going to drive to go to a place that provides honest work with kind people. They never keep you waiting too long. This isn't a revolving door, they make sure to schedule enough time for their patients. I come from a small town and they have the vibe of a friendly small town dental office.

Went in for a cleaning after basically 3 years (partly due to pandemic), teeth in pretty bad shape. Kathy, one of the hygienists there, took care of me. I don't usually get emotional (or really write google reviews) but seeing the results of my teeth after she was done almost brought me to tears. Complete 180 degrees, I can smile with confidence again. The doctor and other staff were excellent too. I have my next scheduled cleaning in 6 months, couldn't be happier or more excited for the next one. Highly recommend this dentist.
