Hilton Garden Inn Seattle/Renton

Everything was just as expected. Great all around. Room has been smoked in but the smell was not strong enough to complain about (maybe it was stuck in the AC?) Other than it was great and clean. Breakfast was worth the $10.99.

Excellent staff. Very friendly and will help you out with anything. Rooms are a bit dated but they were clean and fresh all the time! Fantastic place to stay!!

Dan at the front desk was incredibly helpful when I was having wifi issues. While I was in the lobby I watched him effortlessly handle three difficult interactions with guests. Great work!

Beds are comfy. Lobby is nice, I was unfortunately only here 1 night for work so I wasn't able to partake in anything particularly special. Oh well maybe next time.

The hotel was quiet, my room was clean, the staff was nice, and the breakfast buffet was good. Can't really ask for much more than that.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Everyone working at the hotel was kind, friendly and very efficient. Check in and check out took literally no more than a couple of minutes. Much appreciated! The room was dated but very clean and had everything you need, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, tv (cable service was a little off because it would freeze or disconnect in every other minute but that’s ok, I didn’t have much time for it anyways), blow dryer, toiletries, fresh towels, daily housekeeping service. The bed and pillows were super comfortable! There is also a restaurant on the side if you choose to have breakfast/dinner there), pool, gym etc. and free parking! Plenty of free parking! Also much appreciated! Easy access to highways and super close to everything! Great stay! No complaints at all. I’d book this hotel again. Thank you!

The best in class hospitality from checking in to hydration, help finding nearby eateries and great laughs coming and going from the front desk team. Checkout was fast and convenient.

Had a wonderful experience at Hilton. The entire staff was friendly and hospitable from check in to check out. Really enjoyed the breakfast and the coffee that was served. They also have a full bar which was great. Overall, great time and would stay here again.

This hotel very clean! When you walk in the TV already The TV is on! The sound is playing very quietly! This hotel pays attention to details! Also stored two more clean sheets in the cupboard! I've stayed in many hotels before and this is the first one so special! highly recommended

Truly lovely. My favorite staff were the two who served up my first morning's breakfast, which was delicious and made to order; admittedly- it really is hard to choose my favorite 'anything' about this location, since my stay gave me such awesome memories! I would have to mention that was difficult to leave, but I certainly plan on returning as soon as I can. 10/10 smiles, will recommend.

My stay here was 10/14 thru 10/17 2021 and from the time I arrived it was great! Ms. Carrie was a great hostess, very kind and pleasant. She checked me into my room and the room was really nice and comfy. Ms. Carrie also gave me places to visit while I was in Seattle as it was my first time there. I didn't eat the breakfast so I have no comment on that but she did tell me there was a charge. Overall I had a great stay here..nice and quite 😊

The staff was great I had 2 small dogs they got me first floor room buy an exit food was avaliable at the hotel morning and night I will stay there again

Just have to give a shout out to Abna (I hope i spelled her name right). She was kinda and professional when there was an issue with the corporate folks who booked our travel. Super accommodating and goes above and beyond for the customer. She should be training other people ! thank you Abna!

Other than booking our stay during their annual fire alarm testing (which works very well, as designed), the stay was excellent. Seattle by geography is naturally gloomy and wet. That week was no exception. However, the facility and staff surpassed all expectations with the warmth, cleanliness, and superior service. Breakfast rivals any restaurant and the decor was clean and modern. Almost made you forget about the weather. They did a great job. Would definitely stay here again.

The young lady who greeted me at the desk, I believe her name was Shayna; was quite welcoming, informative, ask the questions that mattered. The facilities were convenient. The room was clean, great view, everything worked. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. Table and chair to do your work. Secure. Kiosk to buy snacks, frozen dinners, beverages, travel essentials, and other goodies. I'll be back.

Great hotel, superior staff who took care of all of my needs. This is a beautiful property that practically looks brand new. The only negative is the TV and the remote don't fit the newish of the rest of the property. It's nice having a full service restaurant on site for both breakfast and dinner. Plus coffee and tea in the lobby 24/7. Great place and I would stay there again if in the area. Highly recommend a visit.

Stayed here after going to the Seahawks training camp. The beds were SUPER comfy. The staff was incredible! We had the breakfast and it was 100% on point. Definitely staying here again.

A very clean room and it's Pet Free. Pet Free is wonderful for those of us with animal allergies. They also will deep clean a room, including steaming the walls if a service animal stays in that room to help those of us with allergies. The bed was a little firm for me, but still comfortable. The room had ample space for three people and tons of natural light. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. I recommend buying the breakfast ahead of time, as it's good and a much lower price if purchased ahead of time. There are also free beverages, cookies, and fruit in the lobby during the day.

My 2nd stay here and i cant rave enough about the service we received. Our son is autistic and has fabric sensitivity issues. He LOVED the bed n sheets. The GM and all staff are amazing. Clean rooms, safe environment and the best beds in WA. thanks again for our stay.
