Colton was incredibly informative, patient, and helpful! We came in with limited time and a good idea of what we wanted. He answered all questions thoroughly and then some. He worked around our schedule and helped us find what we needed! As far as Ashley furniture itself- their selection is much more up to date and stylish than 4 other area stores and great prices too. Confident the pieces I buy will last a long time durability wise and style wise.

Peter was an absolutely amazing salesperson. He let us look around without being overbearing, but was easy to find when we had questions. He was very knowledgeable and able to provide accurate information quickly. Highly recommend finding Peter if you shop Ashley Southpark!

I love Ashley furniture stores because the quality is pretty good but also because you can walk in to shop around on your own without having a sales person following around. I appreciate when furniture stores give the customer space to look around and explore on their own. I went to Rooms to Go that same day and the experience was the complete opposite. The amount of sales reps is overwhelming and it feels like you can’t walk around freely without compromise.

My salesperson was excellent. He was fairly new to the position, but was working patiently with me. He needed to ask a number of questions of his managers who I observed seem a bit impatient with him.

Yesterday I had a couch delivered which had stains all over it and a massive black mark/mold on the back.

As this is a new couch, I feel it's only fair I should get a replacement, however Ashley seems to be doing everything it can to avoid this. I want a what I paid for, which is a new couch, not a damaged or refurbished couch. I feel that the after sales support I am getting is non-existent now that they have my money and have sent me a damaged product.

I'd be happy to remove this review if I could get the proper support and response on this. All I want is what I paid for. Not excuses and lack of communication.

EDIT: They offered to replace my couch. New couch is 10000% better than the old one. Great support. Thank you! Updated to 5 stars!

Salesman Will C met us at the door unlike any of the other furniture stores we had been to today. He was helpful, thorough, and friendly. He didn’t hover but was always there for any questions and unlike the other stores we had been to we made a purchase that is expected to be able to be delivered this Saturday when other stores were quoting 2-3 weeks. Love the recliner, the warranty and the price. 2nd piece of Ashley furniture. Will definitely go there first the next time I need to buy furniture and I will recommend them to anyone who asks!!

Abby is the absolute best. We have been in this store a couple times and left because we were not a fan of the customer service. With Abby, we got exactly what we wanted at a phenomenal price. If you go, ask for her!

The sales representative was very pleasant and charming. Also extremely attentive and allowed me to roam around the store as we determined basically what I was looking for. Once I made my decision the paperwork was very personal and expedient. Very positive experience.

Liane was super helpful as I deliberated what to get! I must have gone over 3-4 times for long stretches of time measuring, talking about colors, textures, pet-friendly options. She had so much patience and helped me! I'm so excited! I can't wait to show it all off! If you need some new furniture or need help designing a space, check them out!

Conor was extremely friendly and thorough with all the different questions I had for him when I came in looking for a nightstand. Also being new to Austin, he even gave me some nice recommendations of places to visit around the city. Overall great experience and will return as I do need more furniture for my new apartment!

Both Franco and Kaoss were excellent in helping us make a decision on our sectional. There was a large selection and each team member was very knowledgeable and personable. They worked to get us the best deal available. Can’t wait to see our sofa in our new home!

Great experience here. Raen helped me find a great looking, solid set of chairs that I am going to build a matching kitchen table for. She was very helpful and great conversation through the process.

Friendly service, sales personnel were very informative and helpful. Plus we got a great deal! Not my first time purchasing from Ashley, and won’t be the last.

Abby Rogers was amazing with us. She answered all our questions and even talked with me while we drove to other places to shop. Would definitely recommend Ashley Homestore to anyone is on the fence with a furniture purchase.

Since this review things have taken a severe turn. While the original experience was great the follow through and follow up is HORRIBLE. The quality of the furniture is not what's advertised on the show room floor even though the sales reps promise it is. Currently I'm waiting on a mattress issue, I had 90 days to make sure I was happy with, too b picked up and the replacement delivered. I've gotten the run around for almost 2 weeks because it's financed with Tower. This seems like such a cop out. If I don't call the company I get zero updates. The couch we purchased is already broken and worn down. It's barely 3mths old. I've Currently got an open ticket for a quality complaint but haven't pushed the issue yet since I'm n purgatory with the mattress issues. Not the furniture buying experience I planned.

Entered store and was greeted appropriately and professionally. Was allowed the freedom to find what we needed without any pressure whatsoever and were supported all the way through the transaction process by Will, and have no regrets. Thanks for the respectful services!

We came into the store looking for a sleeper sofa and left with the most pleasant experience. Our sales rep was Cody Gray. Cody provided us with great insight into the inventory and also helped us get a great deal in the end! He was pleasant and honest, and we appreciated that he allowed us the space to explore the store while still being present for any questions we had. Everyone at the store was very friendly! Would recommend!

Will was person that assisted me in the purchase of my new sofa. He was amazing and took his time with me regardless of how many selfies I wanted to look at and compare the comfort of each couch I highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to purchase from Ashley furniture

Walked in and was greeted right away by Peter. So nice and patience with me while I figured out what I needed. The entire staff was so on point when I went and just had an amazing atmosphere! Will definitely be going back to grab a few more things for my new place!

Working with Josh was an absolute breeze. He was very knowledgeable in all fields when we walked in. Gave us insight on sales that were going on throughout the store to help us get the best bang for our buck. He was also very personable and friendly. Thank you again Josh!
