Bob's Automotive Repair

This is my first review ever! My 7 year old and I spent the weekend in Elkins to go snowboarding. When we got back to the hotel Saturday night my right rear break seized up and wore the brake and rotor down to nothing. Fearing we’d be stuck till Monday morning, I called Bob’s around 8:30 am on a Sunday and by 1:30ish he had my 7 year old and I on the road. This gentleman took time out of his Sunday to help us and we are truly grateful for him.

Well trained, highly motivated, friendly staff who perform like the well oiled, fine tuned machines that have been meticulously maintained and repaired passed the points of regular industry standards at this seemingly average Automotive shop. From the outside it's not a whole lot different from any of the thousands of other shops. It's only once one has seen these apex professionals at work or witnessed the detailed and expertly crafted precision work first hand that one realizes why so many others have chosen them for the job. Number one team in the the state from my experience with them and the only ones I trust besides myself to work on any of my loved ones vehicles. Keep up the great work everyone!!!

I called and was told I could get an inspection sticker for my car that they didn't close until 7pm. I got there at 5:20 and they told me I couldn't get a sticker. Extremely disappointed seeing as how they were the only ones left open and I drove my car from Beverly to get a sticker! I would never recommend such a disrespectful place.

terrible he is a rip off.charged me 85 dollars and rigged my car to start to run but didnt even fix what was wrong with it.do not go here go anywhere else
