A New Image Salon Studios

I attended a beginners braiding class with Foluke. She was SO patient with me. I was really struggling with my finger placement and wanted to give up but she kept encouraging me. I FINALLY got it. She was so proud and happy for me! I would recommend this class to ANYONE who wants to learn. I also liked that I was able to practice on a mannequin and a model. The class size is small which allows her to be more hands on. It was fun and I learned a lot.

I had my second appointment today and can say that I have no plans to go to any other salon EVER!! My experiences have been beyond great. Foluke is so patient and I’ve learned things about my hair that I never knew!! Highly recommend you will not be disappointed!!🤗

I’ve been going here for years and I haven’t had a problem. I love my hair, and I get compliments all the time even 2 weeks after I’ve gotten it done.

The stylist rasheeda from New Orleans did my twist and the next day they started coming doing by day 4 majority of the braids were unraveling. I paid 150 for the hair style, when I texted her and let her know I was dissatisfied she offered me to come back and get them retwisted it another style since it was my birthday I told her another style because I didn't want to sit in the chair for hours when I had plans. Once I asked her when she could fit me in she stopped responding. I basically tore up 150 when I could have used that towards purchasing stuff for my unborn baby or for one of my other kids. Customer service is key in any type of business and gets was very poor. I will never go back nor recommend any one to go here. Very disappointed..
