Triangle just completed installing a mini-split air conditioner for me. Once again I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. Kristie gave me excellent advice on the placement. The guys were professional and kept me informed throughout the installation. I highly recommend Triangle .

Triangle is incredible. I flipped my AC on because it was was too hot to be this early in the spring and had all kinds of bad noises when it tried to fire up. I had family coming in and we were leaving town shortly after. I called Triangle and they were at my house the next morning and had the ac rolling smoothly shortly thereafter. I really appreciate their quick and professional service

This is an outstanding local HVAC contractor. We have had one of their furnace/AC units in our house for several years. They did a great job installing it ( in a hurry-up after-hours emergency installation effort!! ) and have provided great service whenever needed since. The have expert, personable techs who know their business and who are very friendly and respectful of customers’ homes. They seem to always be able to quickly accommodate emergency service requests. New system and repair prices have always been very reasonable. You will be happy with this local contractor.

I think this is one of the most caring businesses out there. They truly care about the people they service. They’re honest and efficient, from the office to the field. They do fantastic work. I love these people. And I will always highly recommend Triangle Heating and Cooling to everyone!

Triangle was amazing. I called about 10 different places when our hot water went out and they were the only ones who would come same day. Every other business had a week wait and was extremely rude. I will definitely call them first the next time something happens.

I ordered an electric furnace . Had it very quickly. Guys showed up to install were very professional , polite and friendly. Then a week later my son's furnace went out ,called triangle heating and cooling. Had his furnace within two days ..same two fellows installed . jimmy and Randy. Would definitely recommend these fellows and this company . Price was good because I always do research before purchasing. Thank you for getting us up and running on one of the coldest day. Also the office was extremely helpful answered all questions and concerns professionally and friendly.

Turned to Triangle after another local company did not show up for a scheduled appointment and would not return repeated phone calls or e-mails. Triangle was immediately responsive. The sent tech to my remote location on snowy day. He quickly fixed the problem w/furnace and stayed while we recalibrated a smart thermostat to be sure everything was working well. Glad to recommend their services.

Triangle heating & their employees were fantastic! They fixed a heating issue that many different people/companies couldn’t figure out. & they followed up the next day to make sure everything was still resolved. Very friendly & willing to work with you on paying arrangements. 10/10 recommend!

Triangle Heating and Cooling came out of their way to my tiny house in Boyer (Pocahontas County) and solved a manufacture problem with our HVAC unit. Did an excellent job in solving the problem. Highly recommend Triangle!!

Excellent experience...geothermal heat pump stopped working. Due to Covid, parts not available so had to purchase a new HVAC. Triangle was so responsive, helpful and efficient in installing a new unit. We are extremely satisfied customers.

Kristie at Triangle Heating and Air was quick to respond to my inquiry. She was easy to work with to schedule an estimate, and she arrived when she said she would. This level of service in the Davis, WV and Canaan Valley was amazing since it is off the beaten path. The estimate was delivered in a timely manner and included options for different price points, which was much appreciated. The work scheduled promptly, and the technicians arrived when they said they would for the install. They worked efficiently and did a great job, even thoroughly cleaning up after themselves. It’s been over two months since my mini split was installed, and it is just great - no concerns. Kristie has even followed up a few times to ensure my satisfaction. My expectations have been exceeded, and I highly recommend this woman owned company!!!

I have two older long haired dogs. On one of our hottest August days my air conditioner went out after business hours. I called first thing the next morning and Triangle was here at 11:30 am.
Repairs were quickly made and the charge was more than fair.
