Very friendly, all of them, the hours are very convenient, better than other banks, and they've been there for me when I needed help and there was not a bunch of red tape, my best decision.

It is a good bank. Very friendly. And always help you out. Love doing business with this bank.

This man still has a hold on my money and after I threatened to call the news and let them know about his spiteful business practices, he threatened to get me for defamation...which he can't do because everything I'm saying is true and even the branch manager and CORPORATE were not happy with how he spoke to me. Today, he decided to hang up on me as I was explaining that I needed to turn on MY UTILITIES to be able to have WATER. A basic human necessity. I didn't even ask for all of it, just enough to move, turn on utilities, and buy food. Nope. He hung up on me. May God have mercy on your soul, sir. Congratulations on finding the day you sold your soul for a paycheck.

The manager at this location is rude and has terrible customer service skills. His (Nida is his last name) bottom line is not his customers. I worked in the corporate world for 15 years, ran my own department worth half a million federal dollars and I would have fired this guy if he spoke to my customers the way I was spoken to.
