My experience was superb. I called in as the website suggest and I'm so glad I did. The customer service surpassed my expectations. Honestly I didn't know what to expect, I just needed a couch for my new apartment. Rob was so kind and welcoming even over the phone. My purchase was a breeze as if I had walked into the store. Everything was done over the phone which was super convenient for me as I work from home full time and have school aged kids who are very active so shopping online is my only way most days. Even the delivery guys were super sweet and very respectful. They were a two man crew and were very efficient. This is my first piece from R & R but won't be my last. Thank you guys for all you do! ❤

Buying furniture from this store was a breeze. As I entered, I was immediately greeted by Rob who showed me around the furniture I need and let me know about the available offers. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes to setup and the movers came on time less than 48 hours later. The bed, mattress and nightstand that I bought for 1000 bucks were absolutely amazing given that the name brand is Ashley. Totally recommend doing business with R&R.

I can't say enough about Rob and his team at R&R furniture. He went the extra mile to make sure the recliner for my mom was the right one. He kept in touch on availability and delivery on a regular basis. He is very knowledgeable and offers good suggestions on what will work. His prices are very competitive. I bought a recliner there as well and love it. I highly recommend them and will definitely go back again.

Came across R&R doing some research, nice family owned - I LOVE my bed frame and couch!! I also bought a copper mattress, all without seeing any of it. I spent 3 weeks shopping for a bedroom set, Going to different store to store all around town negotiating, picking out layouts but they couldnt give me a deal. The moment I walked in R&R the owner greeted me and told me he was going to take care of me! I chose a couple items and gave me a DEAL! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! If you are looking to find great furniture and to support a local family-owned business, this is the place to buy from. The owner and her son are the sweetest and up front with pricing, furniture care, and delivery. They also work with many non profits in Travis county that help with housing chronically homeless, veterans, and the aging population. My partner and I felt very welcomed and everyone was super friendly. You can get wonderful furniture while also supporting your community. Highly recommend!

I like this furniture most of those staff are so nice and very comfortable and cheaper I bought this dinning table for 450$ it’s so nice strong at the end very comfortable my wife she like this king wood furniture my friend if you’re looking some good and budget furniture come to R & R Discount Furniture located @North Austin you gone like it. Amy, the owner, was amazing to work with. She is very responsive and made the experience of purchasing apartment furniture in Austin so easy. I have a set delivery date and she confirmed all my pieces are in stock. I will continue to recommend her.

Our experience at R&R was just what we needed. We came in looking for a sectional, and Rob gave us all the info we needed, and answered any questions we had! It was probably the fastest we've agreed on a piece of furniture. The whole process from walking in to getting the piece delivered was so smooth. We will definitely be back!

R&R was incredibly helpful and accommodating! I needed a lot of furniture replaced because of the winter storm, and Robert really worked with me to get everything I needed. It was all fairly priced, and if I ever need any more furniture, I'll be checking R&R first!

10/14/2023: Second time around, just as good as the first! I was looking for a new recliner, and I found a great one here at R&R. Robert even helped me out by looking for removal service to get rid of my old couch; great customer service!

LOVE this place! First time moving to TX and the store representatives were attentive, knowledgeable and very nice and helpful. Their mom is a GEM! She’s a delight!
They also promised me delivery Friday and came through! This was important to me because I had been told a guaranteed date prior and with no warning, had to wait an additional 2 weeks so I was very pleased with the communication, presentation, attentiveness, attitude and all around business here.

The workers were super nice as well! I didn’t have cash on hand to provide a tip but I was super grateful for them!! They were super friendly and helpful! Absolutely loved them as well!

I would 10/10 recommend these guys for any furniture needs! Much better for pricing and customer service! Almost like a 2nd family you never knew you needed!

I’m sure I’ll be back when I upgrade bedrooms next year!

I was Scheduled to move in my apartment in the beginning of August. My mother and I were stressing about where to purchase furniture because the prices were ridiculously high everywhere but luckily she found R&R furniture. She spoke with the guy Vincent who was super nice and helpful. I went to see the furniture he showed my mom over FaceTime and the furniture was great and the pricing was fair. I wasn't scheduled to move in until a month and a half later after I purchased the furniture and they held the furniture for me and delivered on my move in date on time. The guys there are great at coordinating and communicating and making sure their customers are happy. Thanks R&R and thanks Vincent. 10/10 recommend.

Rob at R&R was a FANTASTIC HELP! Despite the original estimate that our furniture would get in a month after ordering, he chopped it down to a week! The chairs and bench were EXACTLY what we wanted: great looking furniture for a really great price. They even helped us load up the boxes when they arrived! We felt like Rob was there to help and support us on our goal to redecorating our dining room! Highly recommend this place :)

I highly recommend R&R Discount Furniture. My son, a student at UT-Austin, needed bedroom furniture for his house. He was in California and I was in NJ so neither of us could physically see and pick the furniture. But Vincent (owner’s son) sent me pictures and pricing for all of the in-stock options. I selected a set and it was delivered on schedule and set up in the house. Vincent promised to fix any damaged pieces, but the furniture arrived with no damage. When I realized my son needed a thin box spring, I called Vincent and he arranged for it to be delivered with the rest of the furniture, notwithstanding the short notice. Vincent was a pleasure to work with, extremely responsive by text and cell phone and did not take advantage of the fact that we were buying furniture sight unseen. To the contrary, R&R provided excellent customer service and a pleasant virtual shopping experience.
